Follow-up is great with notifications of shipping and confirmations provided by email. One thing I would like them to improve on is labeling the confirmations and receipts with the product name that we ordered (Canopy Banner Printing). I called to order the parts I needed for one of our TV stands. The woman on the phone stated that she couldn't place an order for the parts if I could not prove I purchased the items directly with DisplayMart - which I could not, as we placed these orders years ago - and told me the parts I was looking for did not have an item number for ordering purposes. She was, however, "looking at the part on her screen" but "couldn't offer any more help with the order" and the phone call ended. I went back to the website and ended up finding the exact parts I was looking for, but only after about 20 minutes of searching the site. Then I had to pay $20 for standard shipping? Definitely not a customer experience I would speak kindly of. A huge waste of my time, when I could have been easily assisted with my order by your representative. I am literally trying to give you money, and you make it hard for me to do that... Not a logical or profitable sales model. Wish I could have gotten the items from somewhere else.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the fact that the parts were easy to install and look fine.

Such a beautiful board. Its classic very dark brown looks elegant and high end. Its affordable price will fit well in any small restaurants budget. Sign arrived in a reasonable time, was packed well and was easy to unpack. I have not written on board yet, and for this reason I gave it 4 stars, but if it perform as well as it looks,I will be all around well pleased. I will update if surface of board isn't any good. Board arrived as it was pictured.

Our church has a PO box for Billing and a street address for shipping. Your site would NOT let me enter the PO address for billing. I tried multiple times. I should be able to enter a separate address for the shipping and billing. I ended up having to use my personal card and ship the display rack to my home.

I ordered (Canopy Banner Printing) one 8' poster stand on March 5 at 9:00 a.m. I did not receive it until March 16.That seems a bit long to me.

Also, the price of delivery was VERY high. I asked if I could use my company's FedEx account to save money and time but was told that because I am in Canada, that they wouldn't accept it. The website has a "Canadian" version yet Display2Go doesn't want to service their Canadian customers very well. This doesn't make sense. I was told that they have to do the brokerage and customs and that was why, but we have our own brokerage firm that handles this as well as FedEx contacts for all of this.

I contacted them a week after the order was placed since the tracking information would not work. They mentioned that delivery was slow due to weather and that they would keep me posted. I never heard back from them again.

I like their products, but the service is not great and is expensive. There aren't many other choices out there though.

Note: After I wrote this review, I received an apology phone call from DisplayMart. That was great !! They are reviewing some policies and realized they dropped the ball on my order. I will order again through them.

The price and selection is awesome. The return policy has a lot of hoops to jump through, but I purchased anyway, fairly certain that this was exactly what I needed. The item arrived promptly, but the shipping box had been through hell -- holes and nearly shredded on one end. Luckily the surface of the product wasn't scratched at all, but several parts were bent, likely from where the package had been dropped on its end. It's salvageable, but in the end, it felt like the return policy was set up to discourage customers from returning damaged items and asking for a replacement. It'd be nice if instead the product was shipped with sufficient padding, so that the strict return policy wasn't necessary. Win-win.

I ordered (Canopy Banner Printing) a portable truss table. When it arrived, it was in bad shape, with lots of marks and dings on it. Customer service was friendly and they promptly sent a replacement. The replacement is much better, but you can tell the assembly is very rushed. There are glue marks all over the edges and signs of things not quite lining up.

Having a warped Iraq makes my booth look unprofessional and I think that the people in the factory should really check the items over before sending them. I wasn't sure what it was I was looking for but I knew I would know it when I saw it. Searching online, I found the image of the magnetic Acrylic frame and knew this was it. Because I needed them quickly and was ordering just before Thanksgiving, I called the 800 number and was connected with Kay who explained options. She also thought my shipment of 60 pieces would arrive no later than Tuesday using regular shipping. I followed the shipment through the tracking number provided and all three boxes arrived on Monday perfectly. I'm very pleased.

This was the only place I could find the size and height of table needed. It came on a timely manner but was dented and pieces needed to hold the legs together did not fit in the holes provided. I did not have time to send it back before the event so had to "band aid" it together, but I was offered a new table very quickly and I am now happy with the customer service! I will use them again!

The Nail Polish holder has 6 levels, none of the levels are spaced the same and the polish does not fit on 5 of the levels. I did not know this until I put the holder up in my Day Spa. The holder looks great on the wall but the polish has to be tilted on the shelf in order to fit. I would had prefered the space to be much bigger and had extra space then no space at all.

Very bad service, if I could rate no stars I will do so, shipping prices are over the top. On top of paying An outrageous $$$ I had to pick up the furnitures myself because our store was opening on a Saturday and the delivery was promised for Thursday but never made it. I called to find out and they told me to contact shipper. Shipper said if I wanted sooner I needed to pay $400 additional, on top of the $329 I had paid already for shipping.
To top it off, the order didn’t arrive complete, im writing this review on Tuesday afternoon, after 4 calls made to their number to get an answer on the item that has not arrived.
I’ve spoken to Sherry, Helia, John and lastly Roberts. I’ve been told they will call me back which none of them have, they have disconnected me twice after waiting on the phone for more than 30 min
As of right now, I don’t know where my other piece of furniture is because they haven’t even sent me an email to give me an update.
I’m very disappointed on the overall service of this company.
