The displays I ordered (Fabric Canopy) were the same as I got a few years ago. They were however made of a lower quality and the screws which came with them were too long, so stuck out in front of the plexiglass when they should be flush. Looks like someone compromised with the manufacturer as the design is awesome and a few years ago they were also made awesome, sturdy and perfect in every way (I still have them). These new ones look like cheap fakes and as mentioned, are not up to par.

DisplayMart has a wide variety of displays, at decent prices. Ordered a cart for a flat panel TV which arrived quickly. Although the boxes were in good shape, the parts themselves were a mess in the box, and the Styrofoam packing sheets looked like they exploded, with little beads everywhere. Many of the metal parts were scratched, and there appeared to be rust on the base, and rust staining on the plastic and foam packing.

I called DisplayMart and explained the situation. The customer service rep (Kendra), was very pleasant and apologized for the issue. After taking some time to make sure she had all the details down she processed an order for a replacement unit, and said she noted that shipping should verify everything was ok with the new unit going out. I received the replacement a few days later, and everything is fine,

I would use DisplayMart again.

I bought 6 easels to show photographs for an event. The easels ha an elegant design and we're not expensive. Unfortunately they were not made to a consistent standard. To assemble required fitting a bolt that contained the thread for a screw precisely into a hole. That was difficult for most, but impossible for one. I had to display only 5 photos, and now I have to find a way to return the defective easel. Inconvenient and annoying. Not happy.

I love the iPad mini stands we purchased. The end result is incredibly sleek! However, you wasted a LOT of money. We were sent multiple sets of screws and tools for every seperate piece (the base, hinge, and face plate.). I was under the impression that the stand I bought was one complete piece but upon receiving the stand I realized it was just a throw together of different parts that almost didn't fit together. I had to guess at what screw would fit out of the sometimes three choices. At the end of the day though it all worked out, and I ended up with a ton of extra pieces. It looks beautiful, and is perfect for our needs. The price point was excellent. I just think you could stream line a bit and decrease your margins. I mean I even randomly received a seperate mounting bracket. Hey I'll send it all back and take a little rebate?!?!

Display case for model ship was well packaged and promptly shipped.
I chose the product because as a stock item it was less expensive than what I might have purchased at TAP Plastics. Case was thinner (1/4”) than others I have but it is rigid enough for display. There were some scratches on the base which surprised me, but with the model in place it is not something anyone will notice. I would order this again.

I did a long search online because I had this big project for one of my clients and after checking on pricing, availability of product and elements I have to say that I got the right company. Once I received my items, everything was in perfect condition. When I got to install the slat wall, the flyer, brochure and magazine acrylic holders my client was excited and surprised. I had a good feeling about this. Communication with them is easy in case you have any questions, you can call, email or chat with them online. The product, however, was not what I expected. It is not very well designed, nor very well made. I can't imagine it will last very long. Because of the poor finishing, it may even present a problem if a child comes in contact with it.

I needed dry markers for a couple of display posters I have. I wanted to get the markers from the company because they have vibrant colors. When I bought the markers, I had to buy them in packs of two or three. This is a total waste of my money! Unless you are a large company, you don't need two and three packs. This, to me, is just greedy!

Received very sturdy TV mount in 2 days. Well packaged, many extra bolts and spacers included to give me a variety of options. Bolted securely to the wall with four large bolts. Back brackets could be lowered or raised to get just the right height. Articulating arm worked just as I hoped to give the right angle; TV does not wobble at all, and stays secure when the arm is pulled well out from the wall. What I envisioned is exactly what I got, and that's saying a lot!

We are using our door display holders at our Food Pantry for signage and to create a nicer environment for our clients. They look great. However, the suction cups do not stick on a frosted door, even though one side is non-frosted. It fell off and is now broken and unusable. You may want to test this and advise your clients not to use it on that kind of surface.

I ordered (Fabric Canopy) four displays for a charity work event and had them 2nd day air shipped to ensure they would arrive on time. A day late, only 7 of the 8 packages came (each display came with two pieces). In ADDITION to that, one of the displays was the entirely wrong color combination.

I will say that customer service worked very quickly to correct the situation and was very apologetic but it caused major delays for our job, and we ended up wasting nearly $500 to have everything flown here when we could have just had it ground shipped and everything come on the same day.

Won't use their services again.

When we initially inquired about purchasing an out of stock display stand, the guy I spoke with seemed like he couldn't tell me if, or when it would be back in stock, and I had to ask him several times whether or not they wanted to sell it to me. But after that initial encounter, the subsequent contact I had with their customer service has been positive. We did have to wait over a month for our stand to come from China, and then get inspected & stocked, but it shipped super fast, and was packed well (3 different boxes). It is a very nice quality. It was easy to put together, and feels solid. We use it for our bedroom 55" flat screen TV. Our dresser sits on the foot of the stand, and the support pole is behind the dresser. The TV fits perfectly above the dresser, and we did not have to put any holes in our wall. We live in California, and it looks like it could probably withstand an earthquake.

This stand is great for the price. It looks great and is not difficult to setup. The instructions could have been a little clearer, but they weren't that bad.

My biggest issue is the design of the two plastic feet toward the from of the stand. When tightening the feet into place it is very easy to over tighten and pop the screws through the foot. This poor quality is the reason this stand did not get a 5 star for me
