I inquired several times about getting some type of credit for the shipping but that question was never addressed.

The past few times we have tried to order online the system has taken our payment, but a day or so later a customer service rep calls us and tells us they couldn't get the payment to go through and we would need to give them the card information over the phone.

The product arrived with bent panels that needed to be straightened before I could assemble the fixture. Paint was a good powder coat that should hold up well over time. The unit has a tendency to tip to 1 side if the balance of product is uneven, one should try to load it balanced. I originally put batteries on one side but the display listed to 1 side when I did so. I recommend putting lighter product on it. Delivery was acceptable.

It is a beautiful board, but the ad said it was magnetic and it is only magnetic (from what I can see) if I turn the back of the board around to the front...which doesn't look good. That was very disappointing. However the glass front is what I've always wanted for a dry erase board and I do love that.

The product is of good quality (metal picture frames) but they were supposed to be matted to 5x5. Instead they are matted for 5x7. When I called the company they were extremely pleasant and efficient. They told me they would send the 5x5 mats. A few days later I received two frames exactly like the first two, matted for 5x7. I spoke to the same lady and she was very helpful and kind. She will notify me once the matter goes to inspection.

The price started out reasonable, but in the checkout process there was a fee for shipping (ok, fine, but not ideal), and a broken case fee ($10!). By the time I got to that point, I wasn't going to waste more time finding someone else to supply what I needed, but I won't be back unless I need a case of something.

I looked at a lot of art supply websites and the range for tabletop easels was from $7 to $75 or thereabouts, and I didn't want to spend any serious money for the easels, I just wanted them to hold up paintings! This wall mount does it all, rotates swivel, up and down with little effort thanks to the gas cylinder arm. It is perfect and well constructed.
Rated for a 19" to 24" monitor with a 30lb weight recommendation. I have mounted my 32" smart TV on it. It will handle any TV or monitor. versa 200 or 100 bolt pattern.
Would recommend the wall mount five star.

The stand arrived packed so poorly I couldn't believe it. One strip of tape on an oversized box, with the stand inside, in two other boxes bouncing around. Box was split open and not good. The stand itself had the wrong fasteners and I had to get my own to assemble it. Scratches here and there. All metal and fairly stable. Wouldn't buy it again and would not recommend this stand to anyone.

I posted a very poor review yesterday regarding my problems with my password and felt it was only fair to update my review today. I was contacted within 24 hours by a Customer Service Supervisor and my problem was resolved by P Sousa at DisplayMart. She had the IT department remove the security questions and I was able to reset my password. First rate customer service and really prompt handling of customer problems. Thank you for all your assistance in getting me access to my account and it is great to know that companies do monitor their customer opinions and reviews. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of display products.
I had no problem with my order. It was easy to purchase and the items came quickly. My problem began when I tried to log-in to print an invoice for our business department. I had forgotten my password so the company sent me an email to reset it. I tried to reset it but it kept saying that my answer to my security question was incorrect. I knew that my answer was correct as I printed out the page where I had signed up and double checked that I typed the correct answer. I had typed it correctly so I contacted the Chat Line. Sean H. was as helpful as he was able to be with the system. He informed me that they had no control over the accounts and so there was nothing that could be done to reset my account but I could set up another account with a different email. I only have one work email and there is no way to set up another one. This means that in effect I cannot place any other orders with your company if I want to keep track of my account and not use a guest account. I have dealt with hundreds of other companies and have never had this issue before. There should be some way to reset an account especially as there seems to be a glitch in the system that doesn't recognize the correct answer to one's security question.

When I got the package, a corner had broken off which was a bad start. Then it said the legs are adjustable. They are, if you are somehow able to push in the button that adjusts them. I tried for at least 10 minutes and I still couldn't seem to push the button in enough to make the legs adjust. The whiteboard seems fine and the clip for the flip chart seems okay. Overall, it's not worth the $89 I spent for this item. I would not recommend it.

Over all the panoramic frames were really good for the price. My ONLY complaint would have to be the wire and backets on the back of the frame weren't very "usable". The brackets wouldn't lock into place with the set screw and the wire had a rubber layer on it that seemed to make it stretch under pressure. Otherwise the frame it self was worth the money compared to spending double at other places.
