We paid a hefty sum for shipping of a large rolling mount. But it clearly was not well packed, or not properly handled. On arrival, the heavy mount was protruding from the lightweight cardboard. We asked if that could be noted as a delivery exception, and were told that the only options were to accept as is or reject the shipment. The carrier is supposed to attempt delivery again, and our staff will check to ensure that the product is complete and undamaged. But I would expect better given what we paid.

We love the flag shadow box. We actually finished it today. The only thing that I could say would be better is to ship in a sturdier box. The corner edge was messed up where it was not protected very well. The box was ripped on the end where the small damage was. I was happy to find an easel that matched the decor of our restaurant. Although the easel looks nice in the lobby the quality is poor. Our cleaning crew knocked it over while mopping and the back hinge broke. We ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) a replacement and the wood on the back leg arrived cracked and splintered. While it looks nice I don't expect it to last long.

There was an issue with a poster frame from one of our previous orders but DisplayMart replaced the damaged part of the frame after only one phone call.

The board especially I purchased expecting an economy model that we would eventually upgrade, but it is much better quality than we thought and very nice. Items arrived undamaged and with excellent packaging--almost too much! :) No damage to any product and the items arrived in separate boxes, but together on the same day. Great service overall.

The first surprise was receiving the very heavy tables via FedEx. I was good with it, but the poor FedEx driver was not so happy! The tables are fine, but the quality isn't great. There is a big scratch on the front of one table, and the smaller table has a top that doesn't fit as well and didn't have the flange like the big table. It's display, so we're not selling them, so we can live with it. But YOU are selling them, and I my opinion, the quality should be excellent when it leave your warehouse and arrives in our store.

The products I ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) need some revisions in their manufacturing. I ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) cases in two styles and was not satisfied with the construction for the price of the items. I can still use them and they look okay in our show room, but holes were not drilled correctly and parts didn't fit in the correct places. My husband and I had to make revisions to the design on our own to make the cases usable.

Since this survey was addressed to me, but sent to Susan's email, the problem is not completely fixed. Nice looking frame. Puzzle fit as expected. Plexiglass was a little too large for the frame, and it pushed two corners of the frame apart. My husband, who happens to be extremely handy, was able to trim the plexiglass to fit. He also had the professional equipment to put the two corners of the frame back together. Took about 90 min of his time, and most people wouldn't even have the tools he had (corner clamps and compressor) to fix the frame. I believe this was an anomaly, all resulting from the too-large cut of plexiglass.
Update: DisplayMart saw my review and reached out, apologizing for the inconvenience and issued a partial credit to cover the inconvenience. Excellent customer service.

Customer service was very good when I had questions before ordering. I wanted to be sure it would work with my tv because the site showed different sizes in different places. The rep was patient and helpful. I got it quickly. Putting it together was slightly difficulty as there were only pictures to go by and they weren't too clear, but I found a larger photo on the site and that helped a lot. However, I had a whole pkg of bolts, washers, etc left over that weren't on the list in the instructions and there were no mounting instructions. I did the live chat to find out and they said they would get additional info from the manufacturer and email it to me. That never happened, so we took some guesses and managed to get it mounted. The stand is exactly what we expected.

I thought I liked the card holder, but the gallery where I am displaying my cards said it wouldn't work because the cards tilt forward and you can't really see them unless you push them back. I thought the quality was good and easy to put together, but I am disappointed that I bought it and can't use it.

The 6-panel folding display board I purchased was just what I needed: 2-sided velcro panels; gray on one side black on the other. It did take me a long time (and checking other vendors) to make sure the product included 2 velcro sides. I also had a hard time getting the velcro to stick at first; almost like you need to stick it on and off a few times to increase the friction/grip.
It was well-packaged, delivered without damage. Note the carrying handles on the bag are cheap: we tore some of the stitching just trying to lift it out of the bag.

We purchased a podium from DisplayMart. The podium arrived in a timely manner. We took the podium out of the box to find pieces that had been broken. The shipping box was in good shape, but two of the pieces in the shipment had a spiderweb like crack in them as if something sharp had hit them. The shelf and side was unusable. We called customer service the next day. She had trouble locating the individual pieces. She said she would call back after talking with warehousing. I never received a phone call. I called back three days later to say I had never received a call back and to indicate I still had a broken podium. Once again I was told they would contact warehousing and call me back. No response was ever made. The podium was well over $700 and should have been shipped without damage. I went to a local shop and had them make me the pieces I was missing. I unfortunately will not use DisplayMart, not from lack of awesome product, but because of lack luster customer service.

Upon arrival we could tell there might be issues and Fed Ex even marked the receipt as such but upon inspection we couldn't find any issues. It wasn't until AFTER all the time and effort was invested to put the carts together that we were able to spot the shipping defects. Too much time and trouble invested in the assembly at that point!

We ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) the tall, folding round display table. It arrived promptly but one aluminum leg's receptacle for the screw in foot was missing. The nice lady said she'd send out the last one as a replacement, I could keep the first table. It, too, arrived very promptly. Now my husband is using the first one with paper to hold in the foot!

Reviews are usually nasty because people only review when they are mad. My tv stand was shipped promptly, and arrived the same day I ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) the TV it was intended for (both ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) same day with different vendors). The stand is very sturdy and stable.

My 2 suggestions are 1 - update the look & feel of the web site. 2 - (probably not in their control) The instructions for assembling the stand could have been clearer.

As a software engineer, I look at everything from the perspective that it is either broken now or going to break soon, therefor always room for improvement. I get called grinch at Christmas and scrooge on every other holiday as I do not care for them. Why I say all that is because I look for some sort of fault in everything, but with this fame, to both my dismay and, faint expression that one may mistake as mild excitement, no noticeable fault could be found.

The frame I ordered (Trade Show Booth Construction) (curved 11 x 8.5 magnetic), couldn't have been a better fit for what I am using it for. Great quality, thicker than I expected. I thought this thing was going to be flimsy, cheap, NOPE! Thick! And the magnets are just strong enough to prevent slippage, yet not so strong as to need something to jam in between the acrylic to separate the pieces.

Because you want to know I'm going to tell you what I'm using it for. A friend of mine is graduating college and loves Man United, and because they are the only publicly traded sport team in the world, I got her a certificate of a share of their stock. So she now "owns" the team. Thats right! So if you want a great frame at a great price, and you want it fast, this is the place to go. This is coming from a person who takes many surveys just to tell companies how much they suck.
