It was overall a good experience, however on the website it said that I would receive it the next day if I ordered (Rollup Displays) in the next 16 hours. I received it a week late. The price was good but for how late I was receiving the shipping I felt ripped off. If I had received it when I was supposed to the shipping would have been very cheap at $11. However since they told me it would be early and it wasn't, $11 was a bit much

Arrived quickly. Got tossed around during shipping. All pieces in box but an indentation in the metal at the bottom of the hat stand that the black coating is flaking off. Some scratches on the rest of item. Useable for me in a warehouse and not worth shipping back. They doubled up on corner protection of the package but not the rest of it where the box was busted at. The box it comes in itself is cheap cardboard at best and could of used the extra help too.

I was looking for interchangeable office door signs all over my area. Couldn't find anything after visiting many stores. Found this website online and they had just what I was looking for. I ordered (Rollup Displays) and they delivered quickly. The signs were strong quality. If there is any critique, the signs had adhesive backing as opposed to be able to adhere to the wall with screws, making for easy relocation or wall painting. Overall though, I'm pretty pleased.

Hi. The price of your product (clear plastic brochure holders) was great and I searched some time to find a good price. But I was so shocked at the high postage. My materials were very lightweight and small. I didn't have time to search for a lower shipping rate. Also, one of my products was slightly cracked. UPDATE - a customer care rep got with me right away and offered to replace the slightly damaged item which I declined. She also explained that the high postage was due to a newly installed postage system and that it was a mistake. They returned $20.30 to my credit account! I am upping my stars to a rating of 5. The construction appeared good and it functioned as advertised. I like the flexibility of banner size and the ability to use two banners at once! I used it to display a 57-inch wide banner but I had to get my own 1/2-inch dowels to spread the width because only 36" dowels came with the stand. It worked great!

I ordered (Rollup Displays) 2 reference desk organizers for our office. We have limited space on our desk and thought that the organizer that swiveled and adjusted up/down would work well for us. Unfortunately one arrived broken. The unit is made of very flimsy, brittle plastic. I could tell they would not hold up very long at all. I contacted customer service and they were very understanding and helpful to me. The representative apologized and offered a full refund.

I ordered (Rollup Displays) a large (80" tall) glass display case, for delivery to my residence and set-up in place. The company asked about driveway, stairs, tight corners, etc., which I appreciated and can certainly understand. There are some challenges at my home, but nothing insurmountable except, apparently, my doorway. It is wide enough, but the dealbreaker was the height: only 79" high, whereas the crate the display case would be shipped in is 90" high. The company indicated that the cabinet is too fragile to tilt, and since I was not interested in a smaller, less-attractive, and/or unassembled alternative, I canceled the order. I find it impossible to believe that such a piece of furniture will never be tilted whatsoever from the time it rolls off the assembly line until it is in place in a home or business, so it seems rather odd to insist on it. As I thought about it after having ordered (Rollup Displays) a similar item from another retailer (for which delivery is still pending...), I would think they could have uncrated it on the porch (at which point it would have been 80" high), and then been able to tilt it the tiny bit needed to get it through my 79" doorway and carry it (or put it on a dolly and roll it) the 25 feet to its final location. I agree that the item is fragile, but fragile items do get moved under conditions such as these, and with the proper care, I don't see why it couldn't have been accomplished satisfactorily.

This is the second time this year I purchase the 6-Pocket Cardboard Floor Display for Magazines. It is attractive, sturdy and satify my needs. The first time I tried to assemble this display was very frustrating because the printed directions were difficult to follow. I strongly suggest a video showing how to assemble this display in YouTube.
The Tiered Cardboard DVD Rack for Floor was easy and fast to assemble; it would be nice if the display was available in the color black.

The 36 pocket rack works amazingly well for my comic collection. The design is built lightweight BUT very stable. I get roughly 8-10 comics in a pocket (with cardboard backing & plastic bag) . The signage slot on top is perfect for tin comic sign. I'm considering a 2nd one. I just LOVE IT!!

I ordered (Rollup Displays) standoffs in order to mount something on the wall. The photo of the product showed 4 components of the standoff and the description states that there were 4 pieces per unit. It led me to believe that each unit was 1 standoff. When the order arrived, I received 10 boxes of 4 standoffs each, so I initiated the return process to send back 7. The customer service representative was not helpful and I was still required to pay a 20% restocking fee, even though all of the boxes were unopened and sealed with their UPC. Unfortunately, there are limited display/merchandising websites, so I will have to use them again, but don't make a mistake...it'll cost you.
