I ordered (Trade Show Stand Design) an acrylic lock box and display holder. It arrived and the box was not included. I emailed and autoreply said I would receive a call within 24 hours. I called right away and no one answered due to weather. It has been 2 complete business days have not heard back from the company. This item is urgently needed.

I recently purchased a spinning display unit for my business from DisplayMart. After receiving the unit I followed the assembly instructions with parts that were enclosed and realized that two parts were missing. I sent an email to their office advising them of missing parts. Their response was to send me one incorrect part which I already had. This happened twice. Then I was told I didn't need the required part that was listed on the parts and assembly list.
The unit was exactly what I needed but without the rod that they say I don't need the unit does not function correctly .

The display I ordered (Trade Show Stand Design) was great until it dropped to the floor and shattered. The magnets that held the display in place were too weak to hold the weight of the it. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. I added an extra lining of magnetic tape on to it and is just perfect now :)

This portable TV stand will work well with our upcoming trade show. It is as easy to put together as seen on the video. I was impressed with how quickly we received the order from DisplayMart. I ordered (Trade Show Stand Design) at 9:20 AM on Monday morning and received the stand by 4 PM on Thursday of the same week.

I have used D2G intermittently for 18 months, with positive results. In mid December, I placed two orders totaling about 50 items. Not only have I not received any of my items but D2G can't tell me where any of them are. The first order shipped on the 22nd. D2G told me that FedEx items don't show up until they clear customs in the U.S. A third shipment on this order went by way of boutique carrier, although they can't give me tracking information on that shipment either. The website states tracking information will be posted in 48-72 hours after order placement. My second order contains (46) units of product of which (2) are customized. Apparently, they only ship orders complete unless customers give specific consent, which they do not initiate. The website mentions Artwork Order lead times but fails to mention that artwork items should be placed in a separate order if anything is time sensitive.

The card rack arrived very quickly and with one phone call we were able to assemble it very easily. It does have a slight wobble and we asked about that in the phone call. The company doesn't include the insert anymore to stop the wobble. It looks good and was a great price.

Great price compared to all the other stands and the others weren’t as nice as this one. Shipping was pretty fast, I feel it could be faster but maybe I’m just spoiled with amazon prime. The turnaround time was great. I received my product quickly. However, the top of my pulpit wouldn't hold the screws due to the cheap board used. I had to glue the top on. I'm just hoping it holds. The pulpit does look great, but I guess you do get what you pay for.

They are upfront with all information and easy enough website. I wish there is some way to order JUST the flag. We have to get the stakes, poles, & flags every time. The flags wear out before the other 2 items. We did need to replace a pole once, but not every time.
