The display cabinet that I purchased looks great. I love the look of it, but there's no instructions with it at all. I realize that there is no assembly but all of the legs are not even so is wobbly a bit. It does come with a wrench, but again, no explanation or directions so not sure what it's for.
I had some challenges with delivery as well. The website says same day, or 1 day delivery and it took over a week. This ended up being fine, but the delivery person barely unpacked it and left all of the packing material all over the place.

DisplayMart had just what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and very reasonable; the product was well packed and arrived in perfect shape. Assembly was a breeze.
The only thing that I wish I'd known about the product before purchase was its origin, in this case China. I would likely have still purchased it but I would have liked the option to factor in the source and who I was supporting with my purchase.

Great company, great high quality frame. They could use a bit more explanation on how to screw the thing in though. The frame I ordered (Trade Show Service) had screwholes that were behind the clamps when they were opened at their widest and I couldn't remove any of the metal springs. Ended up screwing in at an angle and burning a bit of metal. Other than that though, the product was amazing, looks great, and was excellent service. 4/5 would buy again.

If the display case hadn't arrived broken, it would have been great. Due to lack of adequate packing, it arrived broken in several places. I called the company; they apologized and said they would ship another one, which they did. It arrived in the same inadequate packing and was broken worst than the first one. At that point, I asked for a credit and to return both display cases.

Customer service is pretty good. the only thing i didn't like is that first they tell me they will refund the amount of $57.21 and when i called again to check on that refund they tell me that it's not $57.21 but $48.71 because they are not responsible for shipping. I like these as donation boxes because they are simple and clear. The only problem was installing this box because the crossbar of plastic was directly in the way of the holes to mount the box to the wall - so using a drill was difficult. Plexiglass is fragile but easy to replace!

I'm a sign store, purchased small arm realtor stand. Package arrived quickly, box was opened but FedEx driver asked me to check contents; all was present. Item looked nice, price was little high for me to stock any but customer was ok with paying. I wouldn't recommend for aluminum or polymetal hanging substrates, coroplast only.

I contacted DisplayMart for information on how to return the broken one and the rep said she would get a new one out that day( it arrived in 2 days) and no need to return the damaged one. Now, that is customer service!

This is the third order I have placed with DisplayMart. All three have been delivered faster than expected, well packed and at a great price. I am coordinator for the Marine Toys for Tots program in my area and ordered (Trade Show Service) collection boxes to place in our community. The boxes were perfect for my use. I had colored inserts printed to tell our story. My only disappointment was that the 160 boxes each had separate keys. I asked about having them all keyed alike with no success. Minor glitch in an otherwise great experience.

Arrived exceptionally well-packed. Even airlines couldn't have damaged this! The item appears sturdy. It is larger than I expected, with deeper pockets than similar 4-tier brochure display cases. It would be fine for tall brochures, but I was looking for a display for 4 x 6 inch cards. Fellow authors, this item does NOT work for that. The pockets are 6 inches deep, and completely hide a 4 x 6" card behind it on the next tier. Pockets are 4 inches wide. There is no open "thumb" space to grasp the card, making dispensing cards difficult. I cannot use it. This item is very expensive compared to similar cases. After I ordered (Trade Show Service) this one, I finally found a sturdy 4-tier brochure display case for 1/3 the price that was perfect for my 4 x 6" cards. (I had searched all over town and the internet.) I won't return this one, because with postage both to receive and return, plus a 20% re-stocking fee, I would receive a refund of about 1/3 of what I spent. Not worth it.
