There were multiple times during this transaction that I wanted to stop working with this company due to the lack of communication with the specific employees who were assigned to me. To start the person I was working with was not very responsive with email so I called and I was told by another employee that this was a busy season and that he was on his lunch break. I can relate to being busy obviously so I accepted that they were very busy. Then after about a day I hear back from a completely different employee I've never communicated with and she emailed me to ask me what my address was for shipping. By this point I had not even heard back from the original employee I was working with regarding my artwork. I also had not received any type of proof. I emailed her back to say I was confused because I never heard back regarding the artwork. I said should I assume it was fine? Because I would really like some sort of proof. Proofs are usually provided any time artwork is involved so that the customer can double check everything looks as it was sent. Am I wrong? She emailed me back with a very unprofessional email to basically say she had no idea what I was talking about and she included a lot of these (...). I called to talk with her but she was never available but conveniently would email me right after I called. I figured out that there must have been some type of mix up and I emailed her back to tell her that the original employee who was helping me sent me my artwork proof. I let her know my order number and explained that she might have confused my order with another person's order. I never heard anything back from her. NOTHING! Not an I'm sorry for the confusion or anything. It seemed very unorganized. If I just went along with her I would have probably received someone else's order. The original employee who helped me was cold but he got the job done so I guess I can't really complain. As far as the proofs I think that DisplayMart should provide proofs that actually show how the artwork is going to look on the item. Just sending me a picture of the image I already sent you does NOT help me. I have not received my order yet but I'm crossing my fingers that it looks good. Needless to say, it is very unlikely I would use DisplayMart again.

We purchased an acrylic holder to hang on the exterior of our business, and although the holder itself appears to be a great product and what we wanted, it did not come with the hardware required to hang it. Because the openings for the screws are so small it will be difficult to find exactly what we need to hang it, plus it will require a trip to at least one maybe more hardware store to make another purchase to make this product work for us, and because of that the holder is still in the box in the office and not being used yet. Sure would have been nice if that hardware had been included, then it would be up and in use already.

Very disappointing experience. The item came missing parts - actually a total of 12 different types of parts were missing. The description on the website lied. This cabinet does not lock; neither the top glass part nor the bottom storage part. I can find items on Amazon or Home Depot to complete the job though so not a total loss. When I called I was told I would get called the next day but was not. I actually had to call before I left for the day just to find out the missing pieces were not even shipped yet. Disappointing, frustrating, time consuming.

This stand caught my eye when I first started looking for a standing easel. It is light but sturdy and I put it together in a matter of minutes. I like how it has adjustable holders to move up or down to fit any size sign.I am using a 24 x 24 inch wooden sign. I have looked at other Easels and they are all over $70 and are for for Art. I highly recommend this easel for a wedding sign or any event.

I ordered (Retail Trade Show Stand Design) a signing pad for credit cards for our counter at the Salon. It was supposed to have a slot in the plastic where we could insert our custom printout. Unfortunately, I am blonde, so I couldn't find the slot opening, and I took it for the wrong product. All it needed was a tiny sticker that said, "Open here". Hey, some of us are just dumb.
I called, easily ordered (Retail Trade Show Stand Design) a replacement, and the same thing arrived very quickly. I FINALLY tried to pry it open and found the slot. I called the front desk to apologize for making the mistake, and they were the most courteous caring spokesperson ever, for the company. Even though I felt quite stupid, the clerk laughed it off and said, "Hey, we all make mistakes." She said, "Keep the original, and give it to someone interested in the services we offer." I though that that was very bright.

I will highly recommend this company for its customer service, and anyone who is purchasing anything should have that at the top of their list as prerequisite for ordering anything online.

I am looking for a new marketing company, ever since I figured out that Vistraprint is NOT interested in bettering themselves. I need an American made company that does, so here, I will look for more product.

They was the banner stand is attached to the iPad stand is not sturdy. On top of that, the banner must be stuck to the banner holder with double stick tape. Seems to be a breakdown of quality when that happens.

First experience with your company. Ordered booth display product. It's still in production so I can't comment on the quality of the product since we haven't received it yet. One slightly frustrating issue.... the product I wanted to order was out of stock. I initiated an online chat with one of your reps to inquire about future availability. The date was too far out to work for us (which was ok) but your rep failed to tell us that there was an almost identical product a foot smaller in width that WAS available. It was only through our additional searching that we found that product. It would've been helpful had your rep said "Product X is unavailable but you may want to check out Product Y. That's very similar and may meet your needs."
