The display is entirely too heavy for the packaging. I haven't removed it from the cartons yet, but there are parts of the base sticking out from the box on all corners and it looks like they're all scuffed up. Id' blame it on the shipper, but it is clearly apparent that the cardboard packaging was just not able to contain the heavy stand when shipped across the country trade show 36 banner displays

When I called, thinking there had been a mistake, I was told that they never accept an order for just one of an item. This was not clear to me when ordering. Unless I have 500 pair of earrings, the others are superfluous!

I am a service provider who was looking for a custom tablecloth to use at trade shows. I sent artwork, which consisted of type only, as a PDF file. I received an email saying my artwork was rejected because "[t]he text is not rasterized (if using Photoshop) or outlined (If using Illustrator)." I responded that I am not a graphic designer, I do not have either of those programs and I don't know what to do to fix the problem. The reply I received was
"The text is not rasterized (if using Photoshop) or outlined (If using Illustrator). How to outline text in Illustrator: Select all text, go into the Type tab and select “create outlines”.

We would need a vector file for this table cover. The artwork would need to be created in illustrator as a vector file. You may want to confer with a local design shop if you have any trouble creating the artwork.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions."

I think this was horrible customer service. I asked for my order to be cancelled. In reply, I got an email saying the order was cancelled and my charge cards should be credited "within a few days"

I will find someone else to give my business to.

I ordered (Trade Fair Stall Management Services) a large number of three different color frames of the same style; natural oak, mahogany and black. The oak and mahogany frames were perfect, while the black frames were not as good of quality. These were painted black and the frame material was sub par compared to the other two colors.
They were shipped extremely fast which was perfect for my immediate needs, so when I place my next order it will be less the painted black variety. Prices are good and shipping makes the overall cost per frame worthwhile compared to buying from other sources.

Your division claims the tracking won't display anything until it reaches the border. I'm sorry, but I work for fedex, and we track every package from origin to destination.

I can't say I will recommend D2G to my colleagues, this has been a very frustrating experience.....

We are very impressed by the quick turn around in getting us these new display units we needed urgently!

We ordered (Trade Fair Stall Management Services) 6 wire rack floor displays which came at great value! Unfortunately all the "ship ready" labelled boxes were severely damaged across two shipments and all displays which as coated white had a number of rusty parts to them where the white coating had chipped off.

At several of the assembly points, the metal had become distorted as well and we had to pry them back in to shape so to be able to assemble these.

Overall though, the displays are just fine for our needs and the turn around was fantastic. We will be ordering more from DisplayMart in these urgent type situations!

The service and delivery were excellent. The product itself left me wanting a wee bit more. I thought the wet erase board was lacking in durability and question how long it will last. We chose this board specifically for it's portability and find that although the built in handle greatly helps with moving the board, it is a wee bit short.

My product is terrible;( only one out of 5 large displays works & it has to be taped together...they are cheap & flimsy & dont even go together properly . ..one of the purse stands came without a screw so It can't be adjusted.
You should also explain how u divide payments up based on shipment..for awhile on my account it looked as tho I was being charged more... payment & shipment were fine...I dont have time to disassemble each item and ship to return...I own 2 businesses & also go to school...I'm very disappointed in the product.

Unfortunately, I'm used to dealing with Amazon and get shipments in less than 1 week. I had been looking for a height adjustable desk that I could afford for a while. Stumbled upon display 2 go. Great product, easy to put together, and affordable. I use for when I work for me home and my son uses it for gaming. I tend to exercise on my portable stepper which is why I needed the height adjustable option and my son gets tired of sitting while playing computer rpg.

I made adjustments to the product to accommodate my son and I.
1. Attached my 2 monitor display to the desk which already had the mounting option.
2. Put 10-lb sand bags for better peace of mind to support the weight of the two 25 in monitors. There didn't seem to be a problem with the desk supporting the monitors and we don't move the desks location.
3. The mouse pad was too small for my son's gaming mouse so I took the holder off, got a 12" corner mountable shelf from a home improvement store, drilled a hole in it and mounted to desk. Also picked up a 1"×1" beamso to support the new mouse pad. I got the beams in 2 different heights, one for sitting and 1 for standing.

Total cost of upgradeshipping minus the monitors stand I already had was $14.

Their site is very user friendly, they ship things very quickly, and their products are very well made. The only draw back that I had was I had to pay a broken case fee on products that were already at a level that someone else had caused the ability to have a full case impossible as I bought the remaining stock of the product I was purchasing. I hope they re-stock with a similar item as it is exactly what works best for me.

I ordered (Trade Fair Stall Management Services) an item that had a listed size in the title and all through the item description. It was not clear to me that was not the total size of the board ... it was several inches larger on all sides because of the frame which made it useless for my use. When I called in, I was told without sympathy that the listings have the full size (it does when you look down at the smaller details below the product description). So if I was an expert in these things, I would have realized this potential problem. However I feel that the listing should make it much more explicit that there is a writing board size and potentially a quite different overall size with framing. So considering a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for return shipping, I have given up and am having a friend remove the framing and cut down the board to a size that will fit the available space. Thanks to the customer service lady's "this is your fault and you should have known better" attitude, I will find somewhere else to buy these items in the future.

I ordered (Trade Fair Stall Management Services) 18 of the outdoor literature boxes for a public information kiosk I made for work. These boxes came in quickly, with no issues. It just so happened that I needed to get the same amount as what came in 3 cases and didn't have to pay a fee for breaking a case. The boxes work great, keep the information dry, and are easy to see when information needs to be restocked. Also my purchase price was cheaper than my original price quote so that was a bonus!

As a condo Board member, I have noticed that we have been been having a problem with someone taking the registration cards by owners, renters or residents, as well as a concern that anyone may view who is (and how many people are) occupying the unit. I found this box online and it fits our needs perfectly! It holds the blank cards, the filled-out cards may be put into the slot of the locked box, where they cannot be stolen or viewed by others. It comes with a pen and can be fixed to the wall, where the box, itself, cannot be stolen. The color matches exactly the space where it is fixed to the wall. It was delivered promptly and we are very satisfied with everything about DisplayMart! I would highly recommend this company for this wooden ballot box with locking hinge top. Thank you!

This is the 4th time I've purchased signs here and have had no issues with customer service, ordering, etc. Product is good and as expected.

One thing, on this last order, a different style of suction cup, like a soft plastic, was provided to remove the lens. NONE OF THEM WORKED. They were mis-shapen and did not create a strong enough seal and so popped right off without removing the lens. Luckily, I had some from previous orders that had the "real" rubber suction cup and not plastic for ease in lens removal.
