Very happy overall with my recent purchase from DisplayMart -- my first. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my file folder rack arrived in a ginormous box that was twice the width of the item purchased. As it's steel and not "fragile," a more judicious shipping practice would have lowered the shipping charge which was over $17 -- so that's the only way they dropped the ball and can improve.

The rack itself was something I Hunted for and feel is a very good quality as well as value. Easy ordering, arrived in a reasonable period of time given its origination point and my location (over a week, not a problem), and of course I had the option for more expedited shipping means. But when SIZE is a key determining factor in freight companies setting their rates, to me, boxes should be as small as possible and just have the amount of fill material added to ensure the item arrives safely.

Am happy with my rack though and installed it over the weekend. Just what I needed to organize my file folders on the wall vs. taking up room on my desk (!).

My shopping Experience with DisplayMart was a very easy one. I had no difficulties in selecting my display from the wide variety of displays that they carry. Living in the Virgin Islands I first had to determine if items can be shipped to the Virgin Islands, which they do not; but that too was not a problem for me. I had a panoramic puzzle I wanted to frame and was having a hard time finding a frame the right size. The one I did find, the reviews were horrible. Michael's craft store didn't have one and suggested I custom frame it, which started at $150 - the puzzle only cost $20! I was very pleased with the frame. I's very well made and looks really nice, just what I was looking for!

This install was for a grand opening of a building and unfortunately we had to scramble to come up with an alternative. I was looking for a silver colored display for my café at this turned out to be the best one I found. It is very solid and should last a long time. Loved the iPad stands but unfortunately the package did not ship on the agreed upon date and we missed having the stands for half of our tradeshow. I had called repeatedly to confirm the shipping date and paid extra for next day air only to get the package a day late.

What was even more disappointing is that I had to catch the error and call multiple times to get in touch with someone to confirm the late shipping date.

easels were well-packed, and timely shipped. I had no trouble as-
sembling the easels, as the instructions were easy to read and under-
stand.
About a yea ago, I bought exactly the same easel in a local store in
northern Virginia. It came with plastic covers on the bottoms of the three
legs. Regrettably, yours did not have the plastic covers. You may wish
to consider this for future improvements. I am seriously considering
purchase of two additional of your easels.

I ordered (Royal Canopy Tent) a dry erase table and the legs for it were delivered about 2 days after I ordered (Royal Canopy Tent) it (and I did not express ship it) and the table top came the next day. Quick service, packed well,prompt email notifications. I would definitely order from there again and dry erase tables are very cool, by the way!!!! Great incentive to do homework on, play games on that require writing, or to just draw on.
