I needed a monitor arm that could articulate in as many ways as possible with multiple mounting options in order to fit it into a very tight space in a secretary desk. After trying three other options, I went with a desktop monitor stand from DisplayMart (LTGSPNG1A). It was a little more expensive than the others, but you are buying quality. The monitor moves easily and the tension on the arms can be adjusted in two different places in order to accommodate many weights. Also, the package arrived a few days late even though I ordered (Restaurant Canopy) overnight shipping, but DisplayMart refunded me the difference between the overnight and the regular freight price. Good, honest business!

I placed an order with the company on Friday, September 4, prior to 2:00pm. The webpage clearly stated that orders placed after 2:00 pm wold not be pocessed until Tuesday, September 8. I paid for next day air delivery. Unfortunately, I did not receive the letters until Tuesday, September 8. I was anticipating receiving the letters on Saturday, September 5. I was told that the site stated that orders placed on Friday would not me delivered until the next business day, which would have been Tuesday due to the holidays. It was not clearly stated. I could have placed the order with a lesser shipping cost since I did not receive it when I needed it, Regarding the product, the product information gave choices regarding the height of the letters. It did not mention the width of the letters. The letters were wider than the letters that we currently have. To avoid a restocking fee, I am forced to keep them and make the best of a bad situation. I ordered (Restaurant Canopy) the Art Display Grid for Countertop (2 panels) and was very happy with the product except for one of the legs which had been welded in crooked. Although it fit without stress or force in the stand, I conveyed my concern about it holding up over time to the company. I included a photo and asked them to advise me. The very next day I received a response and the issue was resolved with a new panel being shipped. We are looking forward to our craft shows this fall and I will definitely order from DisplayMart in the future.

I bought a few of these inexpensive frames and they arrived wrapped very well. One of them broke when my athletic son tried to open the package, but we super-glued it back together and it looks fine, you'd never know. They are lightweight plastic, but once they're up on the wall they look great. I would definitely buy them again.

Bought two youth mannequins, one head came damaged on the cheek and the other unit was missing the base plate to stand it on. Customer services was polite and worked fast to get the items replaced. The body of the mannequin is made of very light plastic. The head is made of thicker/ harder plastic and the painted features are great. Although it does look more like a girl than a boy, and I need one of each. Love the price!

We were searching for a particular style of display stand and found it at DisplayMart. After the purchase, we needed a copy of the transaction receipt and contacted customer service via email. The reply was prompt and the receipt was emailed later in the day. The product itself arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was in good condition. The only drawback to the process was the astronomical shipping fee. The price for shipping was over $20 higher than the price of the product.
