I received the table fairly quickly. However, it was poorly packaged! By the time I recieved the package, the box was coming apart. Why send an extremely heavy table in just a simple cardboard box? Normally it comes wrapped in foam so that the table does not get damaged during shipping. No not this package! All corners are ruined now!
In addition, the holes made by the manufacturer so one can screw in the screws were done wrong. Everything was off! My husband had to make new wholes so the legs could go in place.
As if it wasn't bad enough, the metal came all scratched. As if the table was previously used. To best serve me, I was not even provided with instructions. Lucky me I am a natural born "Bob the builder", and was able to build it without the instructions. Enough issues for you yet? creative banner displays

The customer service rep was nice and all that but the system and process was simply not helpful. They do not help with artwork and only take certain formats. I am not an IT person or an art person and I do not have the capabilities or programs to turn the logos/images I had into the format they needed. Rather then helping with this, they allowed me to cancel my order and refunded me my money for almost $800 of merchandise. Doesn't seem like a smart business model. They lost my business and I likely won't go back - although the tablecloth order was easy... that was just plain text.

I was repeatedly told that my order would be delivered on time. When I called on Friday -- just to make sure, I was told that it would not ship that day. In fact, I was told that production had not started, and that everyone had gone home.
Luckily I was able to get a local printer to bail me out.

I purchased a TV stand that was described as fitting 32" to 70" televisions. The product number is TVSM3270B. The rack for the stand is very small and does not fit a 55" TV. Dispalays2GO does not pay for return shipping, and they charge a 20% restocking fee. Buyer beware, make sure you call customer service to find out if your monitor will fit the TV stand you want to order.

We never received our shipment. We needed it for our trade show which happened August 24-26 so it left us in a lurch not having the ballot boxes. We had to run out to buy wrapping paper at two different stores to try and create a box presentable to the public. We still want our shipment but we want some sort of make good for this, like taking off the shipping charge.

Overpriced. The wire on the back of the frame was not taut, so it hung up above the picture. In addition, I couldn't get the metal tabs to go back down under the frame in the back once the picture was in. And, the corners of the frame are exceptionally sharp. Frame is made in China and has cheap wood construction.

The stand is great. I’ll be using it for the first time this weekend. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5, is the manner in which I received the rack. In one shipment came the base (Friday), the following Monday the rack was delivered, however the ‘topper’ was not included. So I got online to ‘chat’ in the ‘need help’ section. I told my problem and the guy told me I had to CALL them ( struck me as inefficient— why bother with a ‘chat’ option). I called and the woman was excellent in customer service ( SHE GETS 5 Stars!) — yesterday the topper arrived. So all parts got here quickly, but it seems terribly inefficient to send in 3 separate shipments, one of which was due to packer error.

We received them on time and were able to get them on our desks promptly. The items are exactly as described, and we couldn't be happier with the pricing as well.

From the moment my order was placed, I never received an email informing me my order was received. Though they did not have any problem emailing me everyday to remind me I had looked at something on their site before I placed the order. The only kind of confirmation you get is a webpage that you can find on the website if you are logged into the account with not much details about your order saying processing. This lasted for a coupe days with calling in to customer service to check on status for them to send a proof (which they state production time to be 4 days after you approve their proof).

Get proof and immediately send back within a minute telling them approved. Notice a problem with the URL so immediately send them a link to a new file and tell them to use the attached file as there appears to be nowhere to upload artwork or make comments on the above mentioned page as your only source of information on your order. Try calling them but they only answer support during normal business hours, so call them first thing in the morning to see if they can switch out the files. I'm told I would have to wait another 2 days to receive the proof before the 4 day time clock starts on production. Ask if there is anyway they can help me out. They talk to someone in production and they inform me they could ship it out and have to me on the day of my event and try to have it to me the day before, but couldn't guarantee it. I agree and then wait another 2-3 hours to see the updated proof, which is just the artwork with their, trim lines overlayed, you know the same layers in the file that I used from the template that I had hidden. Approve within 30 seconds of receiving. Get an email back 8 hours later saying my approval had been sent to production and will ship out 14 days later. Call in and they tell me it's because the product was back ordered (Fabric Shade Canopy). You would think they would be able to tell you this when ordering, much less when you are talking to production about what date they guarantee you shipment by.

Call to cancel my order, they inform me only a charge has been held on my card and that they would release it and notify me when it was complete. A week goes by still hear nothing call this morning to verify, and the customer service rep says they don't send emails that when they cancel the order it just goes away.

Every time I called in to talk to someone they referred to how busy they were for the reasoning for their long turnaround times. Not sure how they are staying busy with a workflow like this and the lack of communication throughout their buying process. I guess they are doing well though so they probably don't care to update their process.

I bought a set of 5 acrylic display risers. When they arrived, one of the legs of the largest riser was broken off. I called customer service, got right through to a very nice, helpful woman who listened to my story and made arrangements to send a new replacement set. Very fast, a new set arrived in a couple days in perfect condition. Very happy, they look great and just what I wanted for my display case. I would definitely use them again.
