The last item we purchased, the metal 4-sided magnet display spinner, was not completely satisfactory. The top sign holder piece did not fit into the center pole, as described, because it was the same size/diameter as the center piece. Also, the center pole screwed into the base at an angel causing a slight cant in the display that we were unable to completely correct. The cotter pin sent to install and hold the bottom part of the display was lost easily since it simply slid in and through the slot in the center pols. We had to improvise with a bolt that would fit that had a wing nut on the end. It is still usable for our purposes, barely. It was not manufactured well and didn't assemble correctly.

The product did not arrive with milled precision. Spans of metal needed to be realigned and straightened to complete the assembly. The five minute assembly video was moderately accurate; But, because of the "out of spec" condition of the cabinet, what should have taken five minutes took over an hour. Clearly there was not a quality management system in place.

I bought some fold-up aluminum display easels, and I love them! They look great and they are extremely easy to set up, fold back down, and store. They were delivered 3 or 4 days after I placed my order, which was wonderful. The only thing that surprised me a little was the cost of shipping, but it did get here pretty quick, so that probably had something to do with that.

The frames are as expected with the exception of the plastic sheet which covers the poster. The sheet is a bit wavy and is not truly transparent but rather about 5% opaque.

I ordered (Demo Tent Dealers) from the .CA site in Canada. Heads up for all others thinking of ordering from Canada. Although you order may "ship" on the same day, it may spend an indeterminate time in transit between their U.S. location and the border. During that time, you will have no idea how long it will take. My call to customer service did not provide any answers.

It has been six days since my order "shipped" and i still have no idea when i will receive it. While it is understandable, that shipment to the border will take some time, there should be better information on tracking and the whole process should take less time. I have dealt with several other firms shipping out of the U.S. locations with much faster service and much better visibility into the shipping timelines.

Summary: Selection and prices were great but shipping process and customer service on this aspect is poor. I am very disappointing with the experience so far.

I originally ordered (Demo Tent Dealers) five small, wooden book stands. When I received the order two of the bookstands were broken. This review is for DisplayMart's customer support (CS). I spoke to a live person who assured me that they would send out two replacement book stands. The next day the two were shipped and a few days after that they arrived undamaged. That is what would be expected of good customer service.

I have no complaints with the fast shipping and otherwise friendly customer service of DisplayMart. My only complaint is of the slightly misleading description of the products that I purchased. I purchased two (admittedly inexpensive) floor stands for a VESA compatible display. The product description claims that there is a channel for cables to run through the stand. And while this is technically true, the channel is too small for absolutely any cable. No RCA cable, No VGA cable. Not even a 2 prong power cable will fit through this channel. So this particular "feature" is effectively useless.

The frame was great but all of the pieces, including screws, were just thrown in the box. One screw was slipping through the box but, luckily, arrived with the package. No one wants to order something with missing parts. Great product, packaging sucks.

Real nice frames!! I ordered (Demo Tent Dealers) four 8.5x11 Wood Picture Frames SWPF8511BK. I used the frames to hold old black and white photos that I enlarged for a friend and didn't want the photos to get ruined. So, basically, these frames were only temporary for the recipient until which point he would have the photos matted and framed of his choice. The frames were packed good with lots of protection for the glass. The wood frames themselves were also good quality for the purpose. I would definitely order again if I ever needed.

The frames were packed nicely, arrived without any signs of visible damage to the box and no damage to the contents. We purchased 2 tablet display stands from DisplayMart. I called first to ask questions about what stand would be more stable and other specifications that the customer service representative could not answer. They had to go look at the stands and call me back. Not that big of a deal. I ordered (Demo Tent Dealers) one of each style to see which one would work best for our application. Upon receiving the stands, one was missing the some screws and the other was missing the inserts for the tablet. We decided on the stand we liked and went to order a 2nd stand only to find out that the same color was out of stock. So we ordered (Demo Tent Dealers) 2 of the stands (different color from what we wanted but they were in stock and we needed them to match) and returned the other 2 stands for credit. Upon DisplayMart receiving the new stands we had the same issue with missing parts, but picked up parts from local hardware store to make them work. When DisplayMart received the returned stands they said they were damaged in shipping and could not issue a credit for those stands. We insured the stands with UPS so no big deal right? We called UPS to place the claim and advised DisplayMart that we were filing a claim and to hold on to the boxes until the claim was resolved. We received an email from Tina at displays to go that they could not hold the items longer than 2 business days. If you have ever placed a claim with UPS you know it can take them a couple of weeks to complete their investigation. We did not replay to that email as we wanted to let UPS do its job and investigate the claim. We received an email and voice mail from Tina again a couple of weeks later asking for the status of our claim. We let her know that we would check with UPS and let her know A day later another email was received asking about the status of the claim. Finally UPS issued the credit that day and we let her know. My issues were 1 lack of service, 2 poor QC inspection on the items ordered (Demo Tent Dealers), 3 pushy return policies.
