As a former professional photographer, i know how hard it is to translate what you see on the screen into a printed object. Make that object 8 feet high and 10 feet wide and you have a tall order. The Trade show display that I just received exceeds all my expectations. It's amazing! It's also easy to set up. Great!!

They had exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price....that was until shipping was calculated at $129 for a package smaller than 18"x12"x10" and less than 10lbs. We still ordered (Multicolor Aluminium Roll Up Standee, Size: 6x3) but shipping made the price a lot less competitive.

I placed an order on Tuesday the 14th and I had one table cloth with a logo one color print. I had not heard anything until I called to follow up the following Monday. The woman I spoke to was kind and apologized for the delay, but they had not processed my order yet. Then I had some email correspondence with changing the logo and then approving the final version for print. I have not received the order yet. It was set to ship on the 27th (which is today) and it should arrive by Friday Dec 1st. I sure do hope the quality is nice for the price I am paying for this. Thank goodness I decided to order these a month and a half before I needed them because it will be 17 days between when I placed the order and when I should receive them.

The backdrop turned out too dark. Our photo was a high quality photo of a white kitchen and the backdrop after being printed had a diluted yellow tone to it.

The shipment was delivered lightning fast, and all the components were carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. However, for one of the spinner racks I had purchased, the instructions provided were incorrect. (I was given instructions for a 16-pocket spinner rack and the one I had ordered (Multicolor Aluminium Roll Up Standee, Size: 6x3) was a 24-pocket spinner rack.) Going onto the website for instructions for the specific model I had ordered (Multicolor Aluminium Roll Up Standee, Size: 6x3) also proved problematic. The assembly instructions still weren't correct (and there was some weird language in there too -- maybe an awkward translation from another language into English? Don't know.) Eventually I was able to figure out that I did, in fact, have all the correct components needed to assemble and was able to get the item assembled. So really the only thing that would have made this a 5-star review (and decreased frustration) was to insure that the proper instructions were supplied with the correct model. Thank you! I thought the materials would be held more securely, so this is really not going to work for me, but there is a 20% restocking fee so I probably won't return it.

I had one of my photographs put on an acrylic finish as a gift. However, the hole sizes were drilled to too small and the hardware that came with the finished photo to mount wouldn't work. Re-drilling was out of the question because of the size fear of breaking the acrylic.

After a short search on the internet and a quick and helpful phone call, I was able to order the correct hardware and now my photographs is hanging on the wall in our living room.

Not the best design. Flyer fall out unless bids are full. The base is not big enough so the stand can be easily tipped over. Would not purchase again or tell anyone to purchase them.

Although mobile Lectern with enclosed cabinets (PODCARTDC2) instructions were not labeled which made construction much harder and time-consuming. Other then that, we love them.

The greeting card display rack is exactly what I wanted and a good price. However, not all the parts were in the box. Upon calling the company, I was told the pole collars were deleted by the manufacturer of the product. So, I could use duck tape to stop the wobble, sure because that looks professional- not!! The quality of this product without the pole collars is poor, since the rack now wobbles and clangs against the pole when turned. I did find white duck tape and will try that.

I received my ballot boxes and baskets and they were shipped in a huge box with lots of bubble wrap inside to keep everything from being broken during shipping. There was even a lable on the outside of the box with instructions on how to send something back if it was damaged upon receipt. My stuff was perfect so I didn't need return but it was nice to know that I wouldn't have had any issues if they were damaged.

I love these display racks. I use them to hold my students 8x11 writing notebooks. However, the bottom connecting horizontal wires that hold the display rigid were bent on both units and 3 out of the 4 hooks that hold the back to the front were not connected, and too closed to hook. I needed to use a pair of pliers to open them. Then I needed to use the pliers again to close them after they were hooked over the cross wire.

We bought 2 banners for a trade show from them. When I purchased the banners, the website ETA and the customer representative I spoke with on chat both told me there would be plenty of time for the banners to be printed and shipped in time for our show on October 9th 2017. These were purchased on 9/13/2017.

2 days later, I got an email that the artwork was rejected. Our designer followed their design guidelines to the letter, but they had forgotten to add in information about rounded corners...another delay and another CS rep that was just not very accomodating and helpful. We provided the new "fixed" artwork the same day, and I was then told that the ETA was now October 19th (way after the show)!

When I called to see what was going on, a rude CS rep told me that I must have not looked at the ETA when I purchased the banners. The whole reason I went with this company was because of their ETA...incredible. She did some digging and finally told me that because China has a holiday the first week of October, all their manufacturers get delayed. She then told me that the manufacturer changed the delivery time and that was why the new ETA was now different...

Anyways, they basically told me "tough luck" so they issued a refund and we went somewhere else...

Not a great way to do business and I hope other customers didn't have the bad luck / treatment I received.

Bought the floor pad 'kit' to assist comfort during the four day Newport Boat Show in our booth, Lighthouse Rum Cakes. The added foot relief was welcomed; however, even though the public was NOT traversing inside our booth, some of the "woodgrain" covering began to peel along edges and corners almost immediately. We have two shows at Annapolis Boat Shows in the next three weeks and that will tell the tale. We really do not have traffic on the stuff other than serving customers who are outside the booth.
