Total not charged to my card immediately: I was disappointed when I received an unpaid invoice for a portion of an order I paid for online already. If I run my credit card for an amount, I don't care if part of the order isn't ready to ship when the other is, I expect my card to run for the full amount. This not only creates duplicate financial reporting work on my end, but also creates a bit of confusion; since I felt like I already paid it.
My wife was surprised that the unit was nicer than the photo on their site.

Wasn't sure about this podium when I ordered (Retractable Banners Roll Up Standee, For Photo Shoot Backdrop And Exhibition Backdrop) because of a few negative comments but decided to go ahead with purchase. It arrived in the time frame stated with NO damage. It's of an above average quality (the welding) with only one minor thing that I can see... One side of the podium top piece (where you put your folders, notes, etc.) has a slight bend. It isn't enough to cause papers to slide off so that's good. It's more than likely a simple manufacture process error but it's fine by me. I'm sure it will hold up because it is of good quality metal. It also looks very unique which is a plus.

The box got smashed in shipping and the fabric panels got ripped out of half of the frames. It was very hard to get back in and some of the panels are permanently bent. But, other than that it a very lightweight and useful product - just needs more protection during shipping.
Our glass display case arrived with no keys or mounting hardware, so it's useless until the promised bag-o-stuff shows up. CSR was friendly and helpful, and I have confidence they will come through, but it is a major inconvenience for us.

I needed a clear 'yes' or 'no' during my live chat and it seemed to take a bit of coaxing to receive a definitive 'yes, my order will be delivered tomorrow'. And when I did get my answer, it was rudely done. A simple 'yes' would have sufficed. The use of capitalization was unnecessary and rude.
I needed a professional looking stand that was easy to transport, versatile and sturdy for a job fair and outdoor activities. My church also uses the same stand.
Customer service was amazing! However, shipping was not. I received my package today that contained a ceiling tv mount. Basically, all the parts were just put in a box. So they banged around the box and chipped some of the paint. No paper or any package material was added to the box. Seems like a bad way to ship. If this is the way items are shipped then I will look elsewhere to shop.

Ordered a rotating book rack that showed a center pole extension and a place to put a sign at the top. When we received it those parts were missing and the instructions then said some book racks do not come with those parts. I'm sorry we purchased it.

The pole is very poorly designed. The bright shiny pole top ornament was unable to do anything but crossthread and the flag clips were too widely spaced to securely hold the flag in place - being 2-3 inches too widely spaced for the grommets!
To the Company's credit, they are sending new pole. The most i am expecting is that the pole ornament will thread on. I'm pretty sure the other problem won't be addressed!

We received our product (a desktop iPad holder) and the quality was poor. We did not have most of the screws required to assemble the holder. The face of it was also very scratched up, as if it was previously used or damaged in shipment. We waited long enough to get the product (after paying for 2-day shipping), so we refuse to return it and wait even longer. Not satisfied at all, but it'll do the job at least.

Great company to deal with!!! I received a display case which had minor damage from a part which had shifted in the packaging. They expedited a new replacement within days so I was able to put a jade Buddha on display in a protected enclosure. They completely back their products!!!

I wanted something for my kitchen on the counter that would not look junky and this CD holder has a great vibe to it. I have CD that I want to see clearly and play and nice for when cooking dinner or cleaning but it keeps the counter not junked up, nice and smooth look.
