Off White Roll Up Standee
I wouldn't purchase this stand again. When it arrived there were large scratches down the front of it. The packaging that it was shipped in looked pristine, so it looks as though they decided to send the stand out that way. With scratches that large, it'd be hard to call it an oversight in QA. However, that alone wasn't what warranted the one star. The main reason why this stand received one star is because no matter what size monitor we tried mounting to it, the stand seemed to be too weak to hold the monitors up. We tried a 22" monitor first, then a 17" monitor. Neither one of them would sit upright on the stand. They both sagged until the monitor was almost parallel with the floor. We even tried tightening the bolts that are glued to the sides, and that didn't work either. Needless to say this stand was completely useless.

I purchased the product and it appeared to be shipped promptly as I had ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) before the cutoff for shipment that day. My only frustration with the shipment method is that I did not ever get an expected arrival date but that likely has nothing to do with the vendor. The price was excellent for what I purchased but the shipping seemed a little excessive but that is probably because I have been spoiled with free shipping at other places. Overall it was a good purchase experience and we got exactly what we expected to get.

Honestly, my 8.5 x 14 sign holders don't fit my 8.5 x 14 paper very well. Last time they were perfect. I'm perplexed!

I ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) 2 brochure stands which I thought would hold 9x11 brochures through out. It arrived and only contained a few slots for 9x11. I was told I would have to pay for the return freight, which amounted to more than the cost of the stands. So I am stuck with two unusable stands. Had I purchased through Amazon , I would have been offered a free return policy including shipping. If is unfortunate that Displays to Go would not help me with the return cost as I was prepared to re-order a stand that fit my needs.
I have only received the first of two boxes. it has been 3 days since the first arrived so I'm still waiting.
What I have so far looks great and I'm anxiously waiting for the rest to arrive so I can hang them up and use them.

I ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) two preprinted banners that were in-stock for a client who had a store opening a week away. The store was in NJ and since D2G is located in RI I figured we'd receive these banners in 2 or 3 days tops (the site says product ships next-day). Over a week later and I had yet to receive these items. When I looked closer at the tracking I discovered that the shipment originated in Canada and it would still be several days before I received these items. I called D2G and expressed my frustration as now I've missed my client's grand-opening. The rep said she was sorry but told me that yes, those items do ship from Canada. What I would suggest is that D2G update these products by stating that the ship from outside of the US and to anticipate unexpected shipping ETAs. I have no issues with where items ship from, as long as this information is available upfront so that buyers could make informed purchases. I would not have ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) these items if I knew that they would arrive after the deadline I was looking to meet. I was left feeling intentionally misled and I would likely consider doing business with another vendor in the future.

I liked how quick this product is to set up and take down. We are displaying brochures in our main entrance. There's an awesome slot behind it to hold more. We are a tech company and it will fit well when we go to trade shows. I was impressed that it had a reusable bag to carry around too. And it was inexpensive.

The shipping process was very quick and I appreciate that part. The actual item is slightly defective but I didn’t feel like taking it apart , returning it & waiting for an exchange. One of the rods is defective and I have to find something to hold the rack together. I can’t put all of my purses on it because the rack will fall apart. It’s a little disappointing but I’m going to deal with it.
Ordering and shipping was fast and professional, product came in good condition. Some scratches on the back of the frame, but front is fine.
Had issues putting the easel together even that the construction is super easy, the srew didn't cooperate. Frame is excellent, very easy to use it and change content daily - a bit flimsy.

So far I'm very unhappy. I ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) 9 stands for a school district and several arrived with missing parts and one with some damage. The boxes were punctured upon arrival which may have been what caused the parts to fall out. I have emailed pictures and requested to return the item but have so far had a response (it's been 3 days) about how the issue will be resolved. Pretty disappointing experience.
I was disappointed that i had to hem our display banber on top and bottom to fit dowels. The display stand is sturdy so we are keeping it Sadly we had to order another banner that can be hemmed
Nice display, but I was hoping to receive it a day earlier which is why a paid for a faster delivery. At least I'll have it for other future events.

Used Chat to find out if table toppers and pleated skirts could be purchased in separate colors I was advised only same color was an option. After doing more searching on my own I found I was able to purchase different colors. please educate your chat helpers as to this option.

The product is great but the web security when you enter your information suck. Every time I order fro here as soon as I enter my info 3 minutes later I get a call from my Credit Card company that someone has tried to push through a excessive amount of transactions all of a sudden. Please update or get a better security system I will not order from here again until this problem is fixed
We are a commercial large format printing company. We have several local display companies, but when we cannot find something, Display2go is where we look! They have so many options and we find that it is the one display company that most of our customers go to in order to reference the hardware that they are looking for.
The sign I ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) has directions inside the sign that I do not know how to open. This is not helpful in anyway, it is extremely frustrating that I have to search your website and google for answers.
The box also came inside of two larger boxes - the packaging is not needed and is a big waste of cardboard.

Lightweight, adjustable (1 pocket across or 2). Arrived quickly. I'm not sure how to fold it back up like it came, but it's so lightweight it doesn't matter, still easy to put in the car with the stand out.

My CD table display looked great at my event.
As for packaging I wish the racks could fold down for easier traveling but for the price the CD racks was just what I need.
-Also, after placing my online order (even though it was not a rush shipping) there was a speedy delivery of my CD racks at my door now I was ready for my event.

Fast shipping, good products hard to find.
We do a number of trade shows and the items we have purchased from DisplayMart are of better quality than what we can rent from the shows and it saves us a ton of money. We can always find whatever we need and it is always shipped very quickly.
Overall, I received the item ordered (Outdoor Retractable Roll Up Standees) quickly, The mount is secure on the wall and the monitor clamp tightens up to support the monitor in the desired position but the keyboard tray has no ridge to prevent the key or mouse from sliding off which in disappointing since they started sliding off almost immediately after it was installed.
