If this is a review for the company I would give 5 stars. Shipping was fast emails and review follow up were all great. As for the product I purchased i would not recommend to any one it does not fit or hold yard signs as described the first windy day or storm we get I am not confident at all in the design so i am forced to modify the sign holders i purchased. Although in the products defense It was cheaply priced so I should have assumed that the quality would be poor.

Ordered 6 metal magazine racks. Only 1 had the full set of screws, washers, nuts, and clips to attach the sign... the other 5 were missing some or all of these tiny but necessary pieces. In addition, these tiny pieces were free floating in the large cardboard packages. I only noticed them as they fell out onto the floor during unpacking. I don't know if the error was in not shipping them or if they fell out of the boxes en route, but a little plastic baggie would have eliminated this issue!
Great IPad floor stand. It's super easy to assemble and even comes with a charger on both sides. Thie price is a little more than Amazon but the quality is 3 times better. I will buy from them in the future.

Working for a plastics manufacturing company, I am often asked to fabricate different types of display stands for trade shows and conferences. I then found DisplayMart and can often find something that works immediately, or with a little bit of tweaking can fit the bill. As an example, we are using several of the tablet stands to hold molded parts when we go to the shows. This gives us a very professional appearance at a very reasonable price. I will be shopping at DisplayMart again very soon!!!!

Painless purchase, shipping was fast. Heavy product, some package damage. The kids cubbie had some minor nicks, but to be expected with laminated particle board. The assembly instructions however were horrible and even wrong. Printed version included was poor copy the pdf online was color photos but too small to show holes and orientation detail. The nature of the product meant there were pieces that could have gone in different places with different orientation and there was no way to know without loosely assembling and then reassembling. a simple one letter sticker one the pieces with a orientation note on the diagram would have saved a lot of frustration. (Note I have built many of these types of products and this was the worst- I have even built my own airplane- so I am very handy)
There was no information about using the inserts for cam lock studs, and you really needed something besides a phillips screwdriver to hammer them into the holes, once you figured out where they went.
And putting on the kickboard last is a really dumb idea and nearly impossible without loosening up the base and risking missalignment of the back boards. An I would have instructed to fasten the coat hooks to boards before assembling- much much much easier.
DisplayMart offered to pull a unit and have staff assemble it to provide me assistance. Fantastic except it would mean I would have to wait a day to get answers. The parts were all over the floor- who wants to wait. But PLEASE- you try to make sense out of those instructions.

Product was delivered on time, however, the note to the driver never made it to him/her. The product looked exactly as expected, however was not as stable as I would have liked. But you get what you pay for.
I was referred to DisplayMart from some women building my company's website. They had a great experience with DisplayMart and passed it on to me. They were SO. RIGHT. The prices were good, but it was the ease of the set up of our personalized items that amazed me. We utilized a graphic designer and because the instructions to prep our graphics were so thorough, I am convinced DisplayMart actually saved us money because it took so little time for our graphic designer to get everything together for us to submit. The pop ups we ordered (Silver Aluminium PVC Roll Up Standee, For Promotional Activities) were STUNNING and we were happy to have a table cloth with our logo on it (awesome set). We are a small company so to have such quality items to promote our business is essential to our growth. We will always use DisplayMart.

My organization recently purchased an entire exhibit display including banners, table top display, and table covering from DisplayMart. My designer used the templates provided with each product to submit the artwork as required and the approval process was very smooth. All components arrived ahead of schedule and the quality of printing was excellent. There was a mechanical issue with one banner, but this was promptly resolved.

The hooks that hold the chart paper are not strong enough, one is already broken.The wheels are not supper easy to move. I was helped by the online assembly information but the paper that comes was not clear. I was happy to have my man help me!

The only comment I can make about this purchase is that I have no idea when I'll be receiving it. I ordered (Silver Aluminium PVC Roll Up Standee, For Promotional Activities) the products well over a week ago, from the .ca website thinking they would come from inside Canada, only to learn they are coming up form somewhere in the US and will take 6-8 weeks to arrive which is much longer than I was led to believe initially. The products don't get a tracking order until they cross the boarder so I don't know where they are, and I may not get them before the deadline when they're needed.

Heavy, very well made display case, mostly the tempered glass weight. Yes, happy with the final product (Made in Italy); it will provide years of beautiful displaying.
Instructions were non-existent, so had to return to the website for a pictogram assembly PDF. Luckily I am a puzzle wizard and assembled the display with no problems. BUT, to the lesser man, it will be a difficult endeavor.

The unit is okay but they didn't send the right instructions or parts. Had to wait a couple days to get the cotter pin and it was the wrong size. I went through three people and they sent an email to a fourth person, it's been almost a week and I've not heard from anyone. I had to go get one myself.
It would have been nice to have all the pieces for this unit when I arrived. I had to open my tore without a card rack, who knows how many sales I lost.

I ordered (Silver Aluminium PVC Roll Up Standee, For Promotional Activities) 24 x 36 poster frames with thin cardboard backer and plastic extrusions. The plastic that has to be peeled off is very difficult to peel. The plastic pieces around the frame are also difficult to work with.

Very helpful when I had to call customer service
The display product that came was good in configuration and poor in almost other aspect. The tower was very wobbly and would fall on customers. I had to have our medical center engineer take it apart to rebuild/stabilize it. Tiny wood screws had used to "secure" the tall tower to a base. The online assembly video was not useful since it did not match the product; it did not show that it had a rotary base covering the part they were showing. You should remove this product from your company offering.
DisplayMart is my "go to" store for all of my signage, display and expo needs. They have very specialized items that fit my needs.
Ordered some stanchions from the DisplayMart website and while placing my order for the stanchions, a link pops up on the page that says "people who order this part sometimes also order this part". So, I add that part to my order. When the items arrive, the part I added on does not work with the stanchions I ordered (Silver Aluminium PVC Roll Up Standee, For Promotional Activities)! One of my displays was cracked when I took it out of the box. There was no damage to the outside of the box from shipping so I would have to say that it was put in the box that way.

The riser was perfect. It is very sturdy (the sculpture weighs about 10 lbs) and it does not make the sculpture look like something less than it is.
