I received the wrong size frame two times and ultimately received a refund. However, even though I didn't get the product I ultimately wanted, it was really easy to get a hold of their customer service and they were more than willing to help solve my issue as best as they could.

I had to change my order so I called and they made it very easy.
If you are purchasing this drop box for the great accessories, think again. I like the box we bought but the sign holder will not stay on. Fell off the first day. There has to be a better way to make it stick than the double sided tape. With the "C" layout of the holder there is no way to press firmly to make it stick. Also, the pen is a great thought but the design means it sticks straight out from the box. Both are great ideas but they need a designer who actually tests the use of the product they sell.
This product was delivered in a very timely matter. It is made of quality materials and packaged very well with great instructions. I would highly recommend this company. Terri Hudson

Order received quickly. Some concerns are as follows: 1. Box was a bit beat up and 1 corner was split open (need to use more beefier box for the weight of the item. 2. One hole on the upper section did not line up and had to elongate a bit to get the screw to engage the threads on the upper shelf bracket. 3. The shelf boards I guess were suppose to stick to the adapters on the metal shelf extension brackets; however the protective film over the sticky part and come off most of them and the glue dried so the shelves are not very secure. ( I am going to try some liquid silicon glue drops on the adapters and see if that will help) 4. My Samsung 55" TV apparently needed longer screws on the bottom than the top so I had to obtain those. (Not a fault of this item though unless more screw options were provided.) 5. Finally some stickers on the various pieces indicating Front, Back, Top, Bottom, Left and Right would help immensely with assembly of the product. All in all a very sturdy and impressive stand!
Would have been great to know that the sliders to hold the actual banner do not fit over the support pole, they also don't hold the banner. If we didn't need the banner right away, we would have returned it for our money back. Not impressed DisplayMart. Not impressed.

I am pleased with my purchase and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I would like to request that more products be offered in smaller quantities. Some of the nicer products I was interested in were only available in truly bulk quantities.
The website shows for freight delivery time of 3-7 business days. My order was placed on 7/20, shipped on 7/23. I had mentioned to DisplayMart and the currier, YRC, that I was going out of town starting 8/3, and was ASSURED by BOTH that it would be delivered by then. I was not called by YRC to schedule my delivery until late afternoon on 8/3; for the next business week.
DisplayMart has no control over their shipping currier and can not be relied upon. I was charged an additional $175 for storage for one week for my unit because DisplayMart and YRC could not commit to the date they had provided.
The case was delivered intact, fully assembled, and in working condition. However, I will never order from this company ever again. I believe I would receive better tracking info and customer service having ordered (Economy Roll Up Standee, For School, Office And Stadium) the same item though Amazon, and that is who I will be ordering my next display cases through.

The tripod arrived as promised and was very easy to set up and use. I have an iPad3 and it fit just fine. The swivel and tilt mechanism works well and the tripod is sturdy.

Looks very good - clean lines, low wall profile, easy to install. One caution, check your box(es) immediately for damage in route. I must say when we found two damaged holders I was concerned that the whole order had to be returned but the Customer Service Representative was very pleasant and assured me replacement holders would be shipped at no extra charge and we could discard the damaged holders.
The display rack is sturdy and well-made. The delivery was quick, as promised. The price was right although I would have paid a little more to buy something made in the USA.
Only website I could find that had a flag and pole set up all inclusive for one price. Great website, easy to use. I would definitely use DisplayMart again - they are now on my favorites on my computer!
The product a 40x30 poster frame arrived broken. No noticeable pkg damage. But, they have since replaced for free without me having to ship back broken frame.

We ordered (Economy Roll Up Standee, For School, Office And Stadium) a three tier cardboard display and it arrived with large creases and odd bends all over the unit in the wrong spots. It was poor quality.
I love it went back to buy another and they don't have them anymore.

Received damaged package on Saturday 9/10. Center pole was too short & not sure if a section of pole was lost due to large hole in the box. You are not available on Saturdays so I left a detailed message on your listed phone number. Today is 9/15 & still have received no reply. Love the display stand (my husband made a new center pole) & we are using it at our church to display our members' testimonies. Just wanted you to know about the poor condition in which my package was received. We were not at home when the box was delivered so we were not able to discuss it with the driver.
These displays are great! The sides are enclosed so our inserts will stay put and will not get frayed edges.

I love the the DisplayMart acrylic sign holders so much that I have placed multiple orders for them in different sizes and shapes for our church building. We keep finding new ways and places to use them!
This time I also ordered (Economy Roll Up Standee, For School, Office And Stadium) a standing two-sided sign holder with adjustable height for use in our library. Inside the framed top is a slide in sandwich of a rigid center with two non-glare sheets of plastic. You just layer your 11 x 17" papers in between the plastic and center and slide them in from the top. Super easy. The brushed silver looks great with our decor.

I placed an order for a few display units. I knew at the time of placing the ordered (Economy Roll Up Standee, For School, Office And Stadium) that there was a 10 day back log on the units I was ordering. I checked back on this order 27 days after placing it and it still said that the order was in process. I emailed customer service for an update on my order. A week went by without any response from their customer service. I then contacted customer service through an IM chat and was told that they would get back to me. It was another 5 days before I was contacted by customer service with a short message saying that they didn't have the parts and that it would be another 8-12 weeks so therefore they need to cancel my order.
I searched for these units after an was able to find them cheaper at another site. I would not recommend this company to a friend.

I purchased a very expensive prize wheel for my hotel. This was one of the most expensive offered on the web through my searches. I was hoping that it would be made very well and hopefully will last many years. It was not the level of quality that I expected. $350 plus $130 in shipping is very steep. Plus the templates for the prize slots are not so easy either. I will have to think twice before purchasing another from here.

Each time I have utilized the Live Chat feature and the assistance I have received from that was quick and helpful. The wall mount display has worked wonderfully for over two months and I am excited to see how the floor stand works in an exhibition next month. The prices and good service are why I gave a 5 star review.
The only funny thing with the products I ordered (Economy Roll Up Standee, For School, Office And Stadium) is an excess of screws and bolts. The instructions for assembly are not always the clearest with so many unlabeled fasteners, so plan on a little extra time for assembly.
