Great customer service however, the shipping was really expensive and then they charged a package break fee of $10. Sometimes you may not need 20 to 50 items so they shouldn't charge a package break up fee.

I've purchased several items from DisplayMart over the years. Their price, availability and selection are great. However, several of the items I have purchased have been broken when arriving. They are always fast to replace them, but I've learned to always order a few extras just in case.

Purchased this unit to display business specific information at various shows and conferences. This is easy to set up, takedown and comes in a nice carrying case.

The mugs were exactly what I was looking for . Great size and shape. Were delivered on time. The logo was very detailed, and I would definitely reorder. If there was a downside, a few of the mugs had very small blemishes and pits in them and I guess that's to be expected when mass producing a product like this.

I'm using this to display a large chalkboard at my wedding and it's the perfect size! While it was easy to assemble I would have appreciated some instructions. Also, the adjustable pegs are free-moving, so you need to measure their heights to make sure they're level. Overall, great for the price!

Packaging was done well. There was damage to the outside container but the product was not damaged.

The only thing I would suggest … The bottom of the rack has a clear plastic panel that retains the cards on the lower rack. The plastic panel is not secured in any way. This creates an issue with a “flopping” piece of plastic that should be secured and not left lose.
If the manufacture of the product would supply two small “L” brackets to secure the plastic panel this would be an even better product.

Overall we're very happy. The product worked as promised, though setup was a little more complicated than it needed to be. Setting up the trusses was simple enough, but the separate instructions for hanging the TV made things more complicated than they needed to be. It shows several different mounting options as "steps" instead of completely separate ways to mount the product.

I found a thing that might meet my needs.
I delayed on buying the thing because of the price and not being sure it was the right product to meet my needs.
I eventually decided I'd be willing to take the chance and buy it.
I came back to buy the thing but it was out of stock and I was not allowed to reserve it while it was out of stock or even get a notification when it came back in stock.
I came back again and it was still out of stock. (repeat 3 more times)
I cam back and finally found it was in stock.
I ordered (Fabric Roll Up Standee, Size: 2.75 X 6.00 Feet) it, nearly 6 months after I decided to buy the thing.
It was delivered.
The instructions for assembly were absolutely terrible (diagrams were nearly unreadable because of lack of precision and the words so lacked in grammar and spelling that they did not actually form sentences), but fortunately I was able to figure out how to put the parts together.
I had to use my own hex wrenches because the enclosed hex wrench was so far off spec that it immediately started to strip the bolt it was intended to tighten.
The thing was immediately not performing to expectations, lacking rigidity. After some inspection and puzzling, and no help from either the enclosed instructions or any other materials available for the thing online, I figured out how to adjust the rigidity.
The product now meets expectations. I am pleasantly surprised.

Delivery was scheduled to arrive 11/23. Viewed tracking and comments made were 'undeliverable' which wasn't true.
While the outer packaging was secure for fine crystal, the actual box the items were in were loose and opened. Parts were scattered in the box.

Our company had ordered (Fabric Roll Up Standee, Size: 2.75 X 6.00 Feet) a literature display rack for our trade shows and thought it would work or perfectly. After we received the rack we noticed that there was a piece of metal that was bent and kept the rack from fully locking in place. I proceeded to get on the phone with customer service to see what can be done to fix this issue. There I spoke with Lauren and she took wonderful care of us, ordered (Fabric Roll Up Standee, Size: 2.75 X 6.00 Feet) a new one at no extra charge and had it shipped out the same day! I'm very happy with the replacement piece as well as the customer service at Displays 2 go!!

Everything looks good and shipped quickly. Only issue was shipping cost calculator, when ordering 15x of the 18 inch sign stands the shipping cost went from less than $10 to $175, and then back to under $10 for larger quantities again. Suggestion for further use in website is to play around with quantities when ordering to make sure your shipping cost is accurately low.
