Very nice stand but close to impossible to assemble...the holes for screw and bolt did not line up. We drilled holes that worked.

I love this stand; it is very sturdy, not affected by wind, or shaky on a table.
I use it for earring cards, just make an oval hole in the center of the card near the top--with a hole punch, I used a circle hole punch & made 2 holes,1 overlapping the other-- & 4 pair of earrings (of the same design) slide on each hook, so a lot of earrings can be displayed in a relatively small area. I also love that I can place a sign on the top to say Sale, or describe the type of earring, for example; polymer clay.

I ordered (Retractable POP Up Banner) your card holder for 24 in black, it was just what I needed. It displays our cards in a way our old one did not. Looks neat and tidy on our counter. I like that the cards are more at eye level by the cash register. Our old one held more, but you'd practically have to stand on your head or get on your knees to see the lower ones. Also the black shows off the cards better.

The piece that we ordered (Retractable POP Up Banner) was an acrylic sign holder (2pk) and both of them had scratches in the same place, looking like it happened in production. I called and the customer service rep was very helpful and sent out new ones that we received the next day.
Beautiful and professional looking display! The frame is solid painted steal and the case is clear plexiglass. Perfect for our small coffee shop!
I was able to find what i need with easy. However, when i placed my order online, at 12 noon ET. I was greatly disappointed my order wasn't processed same day as the site states it would be for all order placed before 1pm ET.
Customer service seems efficient, but i have been waiting on a response to a credit return for several days.
Also, the shipping costs are extremely outrageous. I bought a product at $34.32 and shipping was $27.69. (note: it was a very small ipad stand, weight 1lb)

Beautiful purse display. My one complaint is that when it arrived, one of the purse hooks was broken off and since the hooks are welded on I have one less hook for my purses.

Better than I could have asked for!
The shipping charges on a $28 order came to $27! All the items came in one carton, weighing no more than 5lbs. UPS ground shipment for such an order would come to under $10. It doesn't look like the shipping charges are being calculated accurately. I am also charged sales tax which means the company is in-state or has a subsidiary here.

cases are great but the delivery service was terrible. i purchased the premium service to have delivered to my home and the delivery company wasn’t prepared to deliver. it’s been two weeks and they are still sitting in my garage. i received a refund but still dealing with ABF to get them up my stairs

We needed some table top 5.5 inch brochure racks for our Recovery group and DisplayMart not only had such racks they were perfect for our need. We bought four of them and they have worked perfectly. We are often asked where we found such nice racks and I'm always glad to give them the DisplayMart web address.
Will never buy from this vendor again. My customer service project was held up without any target date for a month = lost sales! Ordered on 2/6 and after 14 days without shipment, I contacted customer support. Was told the item was out of stock and would ship when it comes in. I asked when it would come in and was told maybe 2/26 but not sure. I asked if I could be notified and she said OK. I was never contacted, item finally shipped 3/4.

I like DisplaysToGo's quality. Shipping was very quick as well. Def stars for each. The only thing that limits this review is the price is often not the price. Adding a last-second breaking-up-the-pack fee is silly. If you advertise an item is available in singles, for a certain price, then it should be. It's not my fault you want to sell in bundles. Breaking up bundles is just part of doing business. I'm sorry, this is schistie. As a growing business, it will definaletly be something I consider next time I have display needs.

Great customer service and quick shipping. We had a problem with one of the locks on the sign that we ordered (Retractable POP Up Banner) and they shipped a replacement lock for us to switch out. Although the sign description (P-31988/Outdoor-Advertising-Light-Box-Silver-Aluminum-Frame) says landscape or portrait the mechanics of doing a horizontal sign are going to be difficult to replace the graphics. Other than that the sign appears to be well manufactured.

Purchased wall mount for my 55" LCD TV, the fit and finish was excellent very well built the instructions and small items such as screws, washers... etc. were organized and package extremely well. The range of motion for this mount excellent....

The charge that you incur if you do not buy a whole case of a product is quite prohibitive. I decided not to buy one of the items because I can purchase it at the local office supply store for the same price, without a broken case charge. Otherwise I received my product in a timely fashion and the website was easy to use.

These cardboard brochure holders are easy to assemble and work well. A bargain at 68 cents each. The only catch is 100 is the minimum order.
The sign was delivered promptly and looks great. My only concern is that it is bright enough without being turned on that it looks lit up during the day time.
We don't use this supplier very often, but when we do, they provide prompt service.

Junk product
Customer service was very helpful until we paid for our display booth kit, then not so much. We'd never sent in artwork for a graphic before and instead of helping, we were left even more confused than before we started. We actually had to bring in a third party (advertising group) to assist us. I felt like they were trying to rush us in approving our graphic. I just hope it is okay when it gets here.
I can't tell you how pleased I was with the customer service I received when trying to order a TV mount. Debbie took the time to explain to me (very patiently) how to convert mm into inches so I would be able to order the correct size. We had to do our corresponding on chat or email because I am deaf, and she took that into consideration when emailing me. She was able to help me get the correct TV mount ordered (Retractable POP Up Banner) and I will be ordering another one for another TV soon. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. Just superb!!
My order was completed in record time, arrived within a few days after I placed it. I was a little disappointed that I never got a shipment notification, so I had no idea the shipment was coming until I got a call from the driver asking for my help. Packages were packed on a pallet in such a way that many of the boxes had damage, some even completely ripped open. My 3 tiered oval table was actually damaged on the edges of 2 out of the 3 tiers, but I didn't want to deal with calling or getting a new shipment, so I'm just hoping to hide the damaged spots with merchandise or signage. My nesting tables are definitely beautiful though, and I love my sidewalk sign and ladder display.

I was worried about the opening only being 8x11 but it is a great size. Does not look to small. People will be able to see the sign from a distance.

Not only is the product exactly what we needed, the service was top notch. The only glitch was that when filling in billing information an error occurs when you put a post office box in. It says it cannot ship to a po box. Well duh, you can "ship" a bill to a billing address. Hence the term billing address.
