The product is exactly what I expected, printing is what I asked for and it was received in a timely fashion.
The prices and delivery are great. FYI, inspect pieces well. Some inconsistencies in quality. Made in China - check the screw holes on fixtures. Some are not threaded properly or cleaned out and are hard to assemble. Some finishes were bubble wrapped to early and have left marks in the finish of the paint.

The product, a display case, was much less expensive than others I'd seen on the internet, but when the item arrived, it far exceeded my expectations. First of all, the item arrived after only a few days - no delays! Then, I received an advance call on the delivery - unheard of!
Then, when it I used the online tracking, and called, I was given real info. The truck driver was extremely helpful. The item was incredibly well crated, and so it arrived in flawless condition. I would definitely use DisplayMart again!
I needed a mini IPad, portable, locking stand for my display for an upcoming art show out of town. I ordered (Heavy Duty Roll Up Standee For Trade Shows) one on Friday night, Nov 20, and paid for 3-day shipping, expecting to receive it by Monday, but it didn't make it. When it didn't arrive on Tuesday, I called the company and was told that they close every weekend so 3-day shipping on a Friday night really means 5-day shipping. I left town before it finally arrived so I didn't get to use it. Their weekend policy is nowhere to be found on their web site. Since it didn't arrive, I made other arrangements and called for return information. You would think I was trying to return a Sherman tank by all the red tape and hoops to jump through to make the return. By the time I paid for 3-day shipping and paid for return postage plus a twenty percent restocking fee (ripoff), I could have donated it to Good Will and taken a tax break. After all is said and done, if I can't find it on Amazon, I'll drive to Walmart, anything but purchase from these turkeys again.

Solidly built stands. We will be ordering more of them as we need them. Easy to assemble. The padding on the insides of the tablet space had to be pulled off and put back on because it was sticking out and blocking part of the tablets. I do recommend the stands.

Badly constructed, not good quality, made in China , has quality issue, why China can not produce good quality merchandise ? I would rather to pay more for made in USA with good quality. Feels like to be cheated, the picture looks nice, but the real thing is so cheaply constructed together. Really wanted to throw it away!
The directions for assembling are WRONG! They picture the wrong end of the pole to put into the base. Friend had to take to his workshop to get it apart and then reassemble the correct way. What a pain! Once assembled. Product is average. Wish the card pockets were a little nicer. Keeping but a little disappointing for the price.

I received my display board damaged (part from manufacturing and part from shipping). I was able to get straight through to customer service. With no hassle they replaced my product and it arrived very well packaged and in less than a week. The display board itself is great and just what I needed.
The quality of the frame wasn't worth the price. I bought two frames and the plexi glass was scratched on each one.

Overall, decent experience. For the money we paid for the podium, we thought the material would be better than pressed wood. It looks like something we could have purchased from IKEA. Rep I was working with provided me information to pick up the product instead of waiting for shipping. Never received a response from them regarding cancelling the shipping charges. Don't think Ill order from here again.

The newspaper stands need to be adjusted once you receive them...otherwise the shelves tend to fall off... the ends need to be crimped.

Graphics were great. Frame was good to really good, but the actual banner curls at edge from the first time I pulled it up. Didn't call to complain as this was a rush order and they wouldn't have had time to reprint or potentially this is just the way the product is.
The first display case I received had been damaged in shipment. My first thought was of what kind of hassle and time it might take to get a replacement going. My request was turned around within hours of reporting and within a few days I had my new display. Well done. When the need arises I would not hesitate to order from them again.

look, i knew the pricing was low compared to other options..so i didn't expect much..such as being mdf or particle board..but i did not expect that as we unpacked this item and proceeded to build it, that it would have so many dings, scratches and pieces of the covering/coating chipped off. With it being white, i needed it to be stark clean..it isn't..
also, when i placed the order, i called in and was told that it would ship out the next day (wed) if not the same day(tues)..due to a holiday coming up..if not it would ship on friday the latest..come to find out the following week ..it still hadn't shipped..I called the company and was told they would expedite the delivery at no additional fee..not sure if i would order from this company again.

Prices are good, service is good. I ordered (Heavy Duty Roll Up Standee For Trade Shows) something relatively trouble-free and the shipment came just a few days later. My only disappointment was that the item itself had lousy directions for assembly.
So I am happy with the products I received but very frustrated with my inability to get the quantity of the product I needed in the timeframe I needed them. I needed 144 4" edge grip standoffs-only 90 in stock. Told the rest would be in in November, 2016. It is now January, 2017 and I'm told not til March! This is unexceptable and frustrating for a professional studio trying to meet a deadline for a very big job!! Not only makes you look bad-but makes me look bad to my clients.
The displays were delivered promptly, however, directions were a bit unclear for a novice at putting things together. One of the frames were dented in shipping. While I am using it this weekend I was disapponted with the dent. I do very much like the displays.

The product is AWESOME! But the shipping is poor. We have received 3 shipments and all 3 were delivered with the packaging destroyed and with missing parts (due to the packages being destroyed in shipping). DisplayMart quickly sent new parts out - but that only resulted in a delay. I called their customer service and they were very responsive and took immediate action. Suggestion - do not use express shipping - use ground. That might help???
