I am very happy with Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing from DisplayMart. This is exactly what I wanted for my marketing event. It arrived just on time and the packaging was excellent.
In plain English - you guys suck ! The product is crap and it took 11 days for $30 shipping !
First, the packaging was excellent, bubble wrap all around and the stands were individually bagged. The acrylic stands were cleanly cut and the acrylic was thick making a very sturdy stand.
Everything was easy, went well, and the display racks are EXACTLY what we needed and decent quality! Thank you!
I ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) the 9-pocket magazine wall rack (8.5 x 11 size), as our office needed something clear, space-saving, and sleek to display our marketing materials. One of the pockets came broken, and so I called customer service that same day to ask for a replacement or refund. (I wasn't sure how agreeable customer service would be.) I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to be on hold for long at all, and that customer service was not some answering service overseas--it was employees who knew the products. The employee who spoke to me was very helpful and efficient, and sent me a replacement pocket at no extra charge--and they even threw in two more pockets. They arrived 2 days later, so we didn't have to wait long to finish completing our display area.
Strong and efficient customer service is indicative of a company that takes pride in maintaining a good reputation. I would use Display2Go again if we need any products that they sell.

Highly Recommend!!! Was looking online for display props to start selling my photography. Didn't want to wait on the delivery time, I decided to see if there was a company in Cleveland, Ohio area that provided displays. Was in doubt in finding one. I was amazed we had DIspays2go in the area, in fact it was about 2 miles down the road from my home. Went there and the people were really helpful and friendly(thanks BOBO and the rest of the crew). Got some grid panels and accessories to set up an awesome display for my photography and am ready to start selling at various shows in the coming new year. Thanks DisplayMart! Very excited to receive my order. However upon opening box there was a lot of damage. This item is not well made. The nails/brads that hold it together came apart in shipping and I had to repair it as I needed the unit right away. I did call the company and was given a percentage of the price back to my credit card. If your life irking for an item that is well made with good quality wood. This is not it

Service was fast and website easy to use.
Order and shipping went through smoothly enough, but the product wasn't quite as described. You have to unscrew four screws to change orientation and the a number of the tablet features (volume controls, earphone jack) are completely inaccessible with the case on. Also, the locks that were included with the case are openable by a default/blank tubular key so they're pretty useless.
Found a large frame I had been looking all over town and online; ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) it from their online store and recieved it in short order.

Charging station arrived quickly and appears to work well so far (in use intermittently for 1 week) but there are a couple issues that resulted in an average rating. 1) The top section did not attach securely to the posts with the included hardware. We added in some washers to make a tighter fit and it appears to be working though the top does seem a little more wobbly than we'd like. 2)The appearance is not particularly impressive if the charging station is situated out from a wall as the back is just brown particle board with exposed mounting holes.
DisplayMart has the products I need - they astutely designed and reasonably priced - good stuff.

I've dealt with this company before through my work and had no issues, but when I attempted to use the company again for a personal purchase, I had a tremendous amount of issues with the actual purchase process. I attempted multiple times to use a debit card, and received a billing address error every time. I spoke with someone in customer service who told me my bank had incorrect information, so I called my bank. When I confirmed with my bank that all my billing information was correct, the only conclusion I could come to was that it was in fact DisplayMart who was the source of the issue. I still love the item I was going to purchase, but after my account had been hit multiple times for the same purchase I was never able to make, I went away very disappointed.
Good quality, didn't come with instructions but it was easy enough to figure it out and assemble. Cute display product.

Products at this company are top notch, no complaints. However, purchasing a small sign holder and they require you buy two at a minimum. Ok, but why? When I received them, it was literally two individually wrapped products strapped together into one shipment. Seems the products are already individual, why force 2 purchases?
I use simple wire book display racks in my business. The ones I've gotten from D2Go are just as good as the ones from the "big" rack company, at half the price. Glad they're here to provide competition.

When I purchased my display for trade shows I had not idea that I would have to supply all of the art work in a particular format. For a small business with limited staff this was very difficult.

The card isplays I bought from DisplayMart are really nice and exactly as described. They are light enough for me to take to craft shows. I like this company.
Overall the product was exceptional, although I paid for 3 day shipping and it didn't arrive when they stated it would. When I called Displays to go, the rep assured me that I would get it by the end of the business day on the day I called. I didn't receive it till noon the next day. This was 6 days after the product shipped. Make sure you order your product early if you need it by a specific date.

I was happy with my poster display holder but not with the suction cup window display. It was ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) as a test sample, and I wish your return process was easier. It is more affordable to just keep the item instead of returning it. I'm pleased with my purchase despite of the glass cabinet I ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing), we had to cut down on the metal piece that actually holds the glass shelf. They were not made to fit . I'm not sure if this is a common problem, but pieces should be inspected before shipping out to the customer.
Got what we needed - quickly and without issue.
We ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) the display counter with our logo. The counter is a really good design and quality - super easy to set up, light enough to transport easily but heavy duty enough that I think it should last for awhile. The black canvas carrying cases are also of good quality and make it all easy to pack up and carry.
The customer service was great. We needed the piece delivered quickly and they accommodated us.
The one reservation I have is that the film that covers the logo is quite wrinkly in places - separating from the graphic a little and got more wrinkly as the day went on. I think it should be fine but did want to mention that in full disclosure.

I ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) (2) frames that held (5) 5x7 pictures. They were a great quality and looked even better than I had imagined from the pictures online and they were actually VERY AFFORDABLE. I paid under $50 for (2) frames. This was going to cost me well over $75 a piece to get these anywhere else because they were considered custom. Unfortunately (1) of the frames was damaged in transit and the glass was broken. I called and right away their Customer Service team said they would replace it at no charge and since it was broken glass, so just throw it away since it would be dangerous to ship back. A few days later I got in the new frame. I am so excited to use these as weddings presents for my friends.
Excellent Products and Service
The company needs to offer options to purchase extra shelves for the plasma TV stands. I purchased the model TVSVM10GA1. I need a second shelf for my stand. The stands are manufactured exclusive to Displays 2 go, the company should be able to order extra shelves. But overall the company have excellent customer service and I received my stand in excellent condition. I just don't have the doom to put all my boxed under my stand.
The presentation and description did not match what was received as the real product was obviously made in China and less stable and functional compared to expectations.
Received the LED sign and when took out of box no chain, no installation kit, no instructions and the plastic front was all scratched. Very obvious they shipped me a reconditioned used unit that had been reboxed. Called DisplayMart and they are shipping out a replacement unit. Disgusted they would attempt to send me a product at full price and pull a stunt like this. Watch this company carefully if you order from them for a similar experience.

The shipping costs seem high and one of the items we wanted (a brochure stand) is out of stock and I attempted to find out when it would be back in stock and couldn't get an answer, other than it may not be ordered (Roll Up Banner - Custom Brand Printing) again. Overall, it's a good company and shipping is quite fast, although expensive.
Very nice and not expensive but the booth doesn't quite fit in a 10x10 space. We had to modify it slightly
I found the tripod a quality piece that was fairly easy to assemble and looks very solid once assembled. The only issue I had was it was very difficult to insert the very small hooks the chain is held to as there were no pre-drilled holes for them to be inserted into and there were too small to penetrate the wood by turning them.

I find most of my slatwall accessories via DisplayMart. Been very happy with all the merchandise but beware of high shipping charges. The discounts they offer are made up with those. Expect to add another $35-$60+ to your order. Plus there may be an additional $10 fee if you split what they consider a "box" amount of accessories. Yes, the prices are good on the site but add in the shipping/split box fee and you'll notice they're about average price.
The stand is sort of clumsy, not so easy to set up and tents to fall very easily
