i ordered (Fabric Adjustable Banner Stands) this for a 46" samsung flat screen TV. The bracket that runs across the back of the TV is 20" in length. The bolts are 23" center to center. Thus making the bracket 3" too short. Had to take to a welding shop to have the additional length added on. According to your add this TV stand should fits a 32-72 " TV. and does not. As our TV is a 46"

The display was easy to assemble, is attractive, and offers a secure setting for our mini ipad. The ipad is always plugged in and the opening for the charge cable to exit the display frame is large enough to keep the cable from kinking. We are very pleased with this purchase.
I was pleased to be able to order what I needed but was not happy with the phone support. I called to confirm the order I wanted was out of stock as stated on the website, and asked if there were any comparable items. The rep confirmed the item was out of stock and that this was the only item sold for my needs. I went back on the site and found other items comparable just by doing a web search. I then decided to try the chat customer service, which provided me with detailed information and alternatives offered. I purchased 3 of the alternatives and was very happy about that. The chat customer service took the time to research and provide the information needed to make the sale. Sorry I can't say the same about the phone support I received. Product was very nice. Worked well and seems to be high quality. Only thing is the stands I recieved were slightly different looking then the stands I ordered (Fabric Adjustable Banner Stands) just slightly. Also the allen wrench they sent with the stand didn't fit the holes for the bolts. Not a huge issue in this case but could be if you were married to having the exact one.
We are always apprehensive to order on-line due to the lack of a customer service contact but not with DisplayMart! Not only did I have a real person to engage with I could actually get back to them when I called for additional assistance. The four-panel table-top display board is exactly what we needed. The delivery was unbelievably fast (ordered (Fabric Adjustable Banner Stands) Monday evening and received Thursday morning). We were able to assemble our display and put the board to use that same weekend. Construction seems sound, and the fabric surface accepts Velcro easily. The weight is excellent, as is the nylon carrying case. We are very pleased!
Seriously, I ordered (Fabric Adjustable Banner Stands) 2 poster frames and had to pay $100 for shipping. They required a loading dock with a forklift and dollies for 2 poster frames. They said the frames would weigh over 100 pounds, but they were no where near that much money. If I hadn't been instructed to order from this company from a superior at work, I wouldn't have. It was really weird to pay upwards of $100 for shipping.

I have order 4 24x36 poster frame in the pass and it was great. This last time my poster frames where damage. The gray back portion was crack in several different places. I thought I had done while I was installing them on the wall but I went to open another from the box and I found the exact cracks. IDK if it was something that happened during the shipping but I would advise you to package the frames with more support.

Shipping was fast, taking about a week from when I ordered (Fabric Adjustable Banner Stands) the product to receive it. The product came in 3 separate boxes. However, I was unaware that this would be the case. I received the first box and could clearly tell it lacked all components. I assumed I would receive the other components, which I did the following day. This was not really an inconvenience or problem, but I more or less want to give a head's up to any other customer's about packaging so that they know what to expect.
The directions were a bit jumbled. Some components are versatile and meant to fit with a variety of other components. Thus, there was an assortment of hardware that comes with the item, and I did not need to use most of it. However, the directions were not especially specific, so it took some time to figure out what pieces of hardware I actually needed. Overall, it was not too difficult to figure out nor was it difficult to put the product together.
The product is sturdy and what I expected. I would recommend this product and DisplayMart to colleagues with similar needs as mine. Further, I would certainly purchase from this company again.
