You have a great list of products, and our company would buy definitely buy more, but we don't need the big number minimum order. So, to order fewer, we have to pay over $40 in shipping (just five items!). We were forced to have a local company try to make the same product for us.
All the support staff has been great and Tina was very accommodating, the one thing I had a problem with was the deliver. When I received my package the shipper destroyed the box and a lot of the screws and bolts were missing. to pay shipping of over $68.00 for that was a bit much. and now that I am returning the items at a shipping cost unknown I am hopeful that restocking will not be an issue. I know this happens often and feed back is necessary.

The display came together very easily, compared to other display boards I've used. The lights were a great touch -- I recommend getting the boards with rather than the boards without. The board is lightweight, which is nice when shipping although it's perhaps a little easy to jar during use. Overall I was very pleased.

I have not used the trifold display yet, but in looking at it when it came out of the box, it looks like it is decent quality. The price is good compared to other similar displays. I used standard shipping and got it pretty quickly. Overall, I am pleased and have no problems with the product or company.
Our company ordered (Cloth Banner Printed Standee For Branding & Promotions) two expensive display cases and we had a rep contact us to discuss the delivery which started out fine. However, our company rep gave specific instructions to contact her upon delivery to meet the truck due to the nature of the delivery location being one of our client's offices and she was not contacted as promised. Not following instructions is not acceptable.

Bought a dual monitor stand that can accommodate two 27 inch LED monitors. Good description on their website and able to actually look at the installation instructions. Good outline of dimension so I can ensure it will work. Company ship out with tracking info. Product arrived nicely packaged. The only gripe I have is when I try to install for permanent placement style, I realized center hole of the base and the plate did not align well. So, I have to modify by drilling a larger hole so that there is more room to allow alignment. Took a bit to drill through hard steel but it worked perfectly afterwards.

The one thing I would mention to the site owners is that more detailed pictures, that enlarge would be great. I might have purchased other items but couldn't see them in detail. The glass counter top display I did purchase is something I've seen in person so I had the confidence to buy it, and because you have a good rating online I was confident to buy from you.

I received 3 frames, one frame had the inside plastic that is used to protect the poster scratched, and completely broken off on the top and bottom. Also, I don't know if this a frame issue or a poster issue, but I cannot get the wrinkles out of the poster. You have to get at just the right angle to not notice it. Probably worth it to spend a bit more to get a higher quality frame.

I had searched online for the right product displays to buy for our display case countertops and by far DisplayMart was the best price I came across even better than Ebay used items.
Once I found them it was a no brainer for me. I wasn't sure on the configurations of some of the items I had in my cart and when I called the office I was helped immediately with no hold time! Product - 5 stars. Excellent quality. (Although I thought the easel had capability to expand horizontally as well as vertically (error on my behalf).
Packaging inside the box - 5 stars. All wood components were individually wrapped. Attaching hardware bags were all marked clearly. All hardware and wood pieces accounted for.
External packaging - 4 stars. Enclosure was minimum grade cardboard but all components well protected.
Instructions - 1 star. Very small and not user friendly. One of the wood pieces did not have a number label.
I ordered (Cloth Banner Printed Standee For Branding & Promotions) the AVLG72VS floor stand for TVs. I wanted something commercial grade, heavy-duty and industrial strength, and it seems to be all those things.
It is difficult to say anything negative about DisplayMart, but if I had to suggest improvements, I would make two: first, to improve the specification detail on the website. The description of this product on the website gives the overall dimensions, but I needed the inner dimension between posts for clearance purposes. I called a rep on the phone, and she only had access to the same information I had on the website. She contacted someone internally and got back to me, but the number she gave me was wrong! Fortunately, I still had enough clearance for my purpose, but someone else might have returned the product. Besides that, the clearance is adjustable (downwards), yet the description fails to mention that; in other words the product is actually better than advertised. I am happy to get more than I bargained for, but DisplayMart could help themselves--and customers--by describing more clearly all the features of this product.
The second issue was with the connectors: some bolts use a hex-head (Allen wrench) to tighten, but others use a Phillips-head screwdriver, which is inappropriate where torque must be applied. In fact, one bracket arrived with a Phillips-head bolt installed so tightly that the head had been stripped before I even touched in. DisplayMart immediately sent me a replacement part, which delayed the installation by a few days. In the end, I replaced about ten of the provided Phillips-head bolts with hex-head bolts in order to tighten them properly.
In fact, it would be nice to have torque specifications for assembly, but that would be above-and-beyond industry standards. I would give six stars if that happened.
In any event, my product is installed, it looks exactly like the image on the website, and is doing exactly what I want. I would purchase from DisplayMart again.
It was really easy to order from your site, the process was easy and quick, I do however wish that there may have been more interaction with me, to help explain what I could and could not put on the display, also the 2 color rule for the display is not very good, you should charge if you have to use other colors, this kept us from putting our new logo on the display, and will now have to take it some place else to have it put on, which will make us think twice next time we order, might need to find a place that will do it all. But again the process was easy and quick, have not received my display yet so can not talk to the condition of display or looks. Thank You

I love my full size mannequin. It really is life size mannequin and it's easy to assemble for the most part. The base was tricky and the packaging was weird. It was delivered in a makeship double tall box so made it a bit awkward unpacking, but other than that I know I'll shop at Display2go for other business needs
